FYI, I emailed them about the missing promo items, before seeing this post. They didn't ask for video proof, just said they would ship it right out. I've made 6 or 7 orders with them and haven't had a problem yet.

I can't believe I even pulled the trigger twice. It is overpriced and while dealing with a.larger lab has its perks shit can get fucked up more often then not. I'm just surprised my pack was missing as many items as it is

Most people use them for the mixes and they are not over priced imo. If your not ordering the mixes you should.

Too many ppl can just say they didn't receive what was ordered so it they need the proof why is this so hard for you to understand? We're not dealing with peanuts here these are expensive products that need to go through customs every time. So I think it's safe to say they aren't just going to take a criminals word for it.
