If you look in the pending order area it should show if they don't email it. I was pissed that I didn't get a confirmation email or a tracking number email on my last one. My tacking said it was delivered for two days before it actually got to me once with a different source

So you pay for an item, receive pack and you open it. BUT you now have to video the opening because the shipper is so inept they don't have a system to place the purchased items into the pack. But they've got a high dollar website, high dollar products and more than likely make a nice $%? Ive ordered from places before, something was missing, sent a email, got a reply saying "sorry its on its way". From a much smaller operations.
