In the unfortunate event of a seized pack, will the full shipment be replaced
including bonus items?
So if my friend lives in a high-risk area known for seized packs, he should just do the 40% off promo to guarantee a reship second chance to get ALL the items in the order?
RT, i repeat it again, because people keep asking all the time. Bonus items for black friday sale are not reshipped in case of a seizure. That is why we provided a choice this time: whether 40% off or 100% bonus. I repeat that most of the seizures occur in Chicago, sometimes in LA and SF. For customers from these regions it would be wise to order discreet shipping and probably the discount instead of bonuses. However with bonuses you get your order doubled, in fact...everyone decides for himself.
What is the shipping succcess rate to western europe from the international warehouse when its stealthed? And is there a free reshipping when it is seized?
Well, maybe not 87%, but I would say it is high. We don`t recommend to order to Scandinavian countries, customs are really tough there. But Italy, Germany, Netherlands, some other countries have a good success rate. We always use discreet shipping with Europe.
Why isn't stealth shipping the norm? Why is this only option? If you live in region with high seizure rate, or live in region with low seizure rate, should stealth shipping not always be used, if it indeed has a higher success rate?
Money cost? I would say the savings from never having to reship anything.
With Europe, Canada and Australia we use discreet shipping by default. We also use it with cities in the USA where we experienced seizures.
my order tracking number isn't updating and i haven't received anything. it says the package left for it's destination on 11/4 then nothing. no update, no package, no letter from customs. something is definitely fucked. never had any issues with many previous orders. I have a feeling they sent my shit to a wrong address during the promo earlier.
I will never order from basicstero again absolute worst service. I ordered my shit a month ago and they said they never received the money from WU only for me to find out it was picked up. So I clear that up with basicstero support and they offer a free vial for the inconvenience. Then I was told that the original package was a mix up and they'd allow me to keep the incorrect package and send me the correct one now. Well it's been about a week and still no tracking number for the correct package. This was fine because I'd be getting two packages extra out of the inconvenience but guess what??? That package is delivered to the wrong address too. ITS been a month and I've received nothing.

No tracking yet. I ordered from them before and received my package in 21 days. I fucked up starting a cycle before having it complete with expectations with last order getting here within 3 weeks... I NEED my order by next Monday to not kill my cycle. My fault... Never start without having everything 1st... Anyways, I've already had to order elsewhere to get what I need in time
Please, calm down. 2 bad things overlapped here. The first one is completely our guilt: about 40 packages have been shipped to wrong addresses. We did not try to hide this info. Our shipper fucked up. When i noticed this, i immediately ordered to repackage those orders and reship them. The second bad thing is stupid tracking system of chinese post. This factor absolutely does not depend on us. Some packages don`t update and there is no way to find out where are they. In response to several of our requests postal service politely offered to wait...
Important is another thing: there are no customers yet who stayed without their orders. Our customers won`t lose money. If nothing comes, we reship orders. Yes, it will be later as usual, but we do everything what depends on us to fix the situation. Everyone should understand there is no fix time-frame here. If someone says kinda "my last vial is running out, i have only 3 pins left"...people, this is not serious.
By the way, I would like to notice, that since March 2015 (my first post on Meso) this is the first time we have a mess-up with packages shipped to wrong addresses. We admit it and we fix it. Once again, no one stays without his order. In fact, these guys get lot of items they did not offer and keep it as bonuses.
@joeytoothpix, you are definitely mixing something up. If you indeed wanted to get help, such questions are sorted out privately and not here. First of all, the fact you did not receive tracking number does not mean that package is not moving. We also have some precautions and keep tracking numbers for a while. The second thing: you said the incorrect packages went to the wrong address. Yes our guy messed up, I don`t disclaim this. However, you could simply contact me to get clear about the situation and resolve it within minutes. If your package was shipped to someone`s else address, then someone`s else package was shipped to your address. You received wrong tracking numbers from wrong order because it was your order nr, but shipped to wrong address. In a logic way, there is someone`s order coming to your address and, respectively, tracking number matching your address. If you were indeed interested to get it sorted fast, you could just contact me and clear this within minutes in favor of you. Instead you decided to go another irrational way and bash us... ok, its your choice. everyone chooses his own way to make life more complicate.
Haha, my experience has been exact opposite. I've never gotten a response back from site... I have only sent 3 emails ever, but never got a single return message. I've Pmd helper those 3 times, and he's gotten back to me within a day or 2... Inconsistent apparently
i created a ticket for our coders to double check everything. Messages left on site are forwarded to our internal mail box. Probably something failed, however I receive many e-mails daily. It would be strange if only a part of them arrived. In any case we double check it. Besides the contact form on site you can use our e-mail directly

There will be no black friday sale in our domestic warehouse. It is for international one only. Tren a will be restocked within a few days.
