Every thing I have used from them has been good. Has it been amazing? Not everything, but overall it's the best quality I've had in a long time. Imho, PL's gear as at best descent. That goes a long way w me. We've all had our share of Underdosed gear, bunk, etc! DESCENT gear, at times, is hard to come by. Seems sometimes our expectations are a bit high.
I've ALWAYS recvd what I ordered. Sometimes late, but it always lands.

I believe that answered one question for me. One of the packages arrived, the other has stayed in the same transit stage as the other moved on. I've also PM'd you regarding a mix up.

Just be patient. It will all turn out fine.
It took under 3 business days to see the payment received. After that, they were quick. Had a slight confusion with my order but I've contacted them on their website as well and they're on it. Just wait, they will send your package. If the money is not received within 7 business days I would contact them. They have 3 different options for support.
