I have to comment on the customer service as well. As long as you make the effort to communicate with them correctly, they will make things right. They are also quick in terms of business days. The pharmacom help guy on this board seems like he genuinely aims to make things right with the customers. And it doesn't take 1 week to place an order. Can't say the same thing about a few other big sources on this board

no worries, regular customers will not be influenced by this. I mean here those who does everything to get both products and money, e.g. places an order and a while later says his card has been stolen and used by someone, etc. There are such people.
