Hi all, i have important warning for you. Pharmacom Labs gets counterfeited more and more often. One of our bulk customers in UK has been offered by a third-side supplier allegedly original Pharmacom Labs products. He has been offered samples and made photos for us. We have recently seen a poorly made copy of Pharmacom Labs from Latin America
And now we encountered this very precise counterfeit of our products. Not every person would be able to find differences. Here are some photos of fake products in comparison with genuine ones:
Original boxes are a little bit higher as the the fake ones. There are some differences in fonts as well as color shades and caps used . However, the most important difference is that the fake vials use only strips with codes and our current original vials have codes implemented directly into the label under a scratch-off layer with our logos:
We have to warn you as well that unfortunately fake vials can have codes, which are verified as genuine in our official site! Again, fake vials have codes on strips only. The codes, which we have checked, belong to the early batches, which we launched years ago in 2014 yet. Someone ordered our products in bulk and took the strips which were supplied with our vials or just copied them. As far as we are aware only vials are counterfeited, no pills and amps were found. We think the verification codes will repeat on vials. In this case, when checking the codes on our site, you will see the warning: this code was checked 2 (or 3,4,5,etc.) times before.
Please don`t order from doubtful sources. Pharmacom is currently not available in Europe, or maybe some older reserves, but our products were not supplied to Europe within last few months. If you order from basicstero.info and pharmacomstore.ws you for sure will have only genuine products.

And a few more more things. Some people start calling us scammers, not in public, but i had already a few customers saying this in emails due to the following facts:
1. we shipped orders from our international warehouse. They got seized. We reshipped again, but those packages were also seized. Customers required refund or reshipping from domestic warehouse. Why on the earth we should refund or reship from domestic warehouse, if our ordering conditions absolutely definitely say that there are no refunds in case of seizures as well as that international orders are not reshipped from domestic warehouse.
2. Same situation, but with no bonuses reshipped. We always in advance inform all that free bonus items are not reshipped in case of a seizure. Again, pretty often I agreed to reship also bonus items, but we can not do it always.
So, if someone does not read ordering conditions, this is his/her and only his/her problem. We have everything absolutely definitely described in our terms. If someone does find a minute to read them why we should be liable for this? I would like to second this here for all: YES, seizures are possible. We reship seized orders (except Europe, Canada and Australia) for the second time for free! However, if the reshipped order is seized also, it means in fact that you lost your money! There is no way, it would mean we are scammers. If you don`t agree with this, just don`t order, it`s easy. However, this is a regular practice and other stores offer the same conditions or even worse.
Fortunately we are launching a new discreet way and we have already sent emails to some customers from tough regions to test it. If all goes well we will make it available for all.
And the last thing for today. If you ordered in our store and paid, please do not send me emails or messages in wickr, kinda, man i paid for my order, check it please. It won`t speed up the process, it will only delay it, cause the half of the messages i get is, frankly speaking, bullshit. We have a special section in our store, where you submit payment info. This section is checked regularly and as fast as possible.
Also, please don`t send both emails and pms or wickr messages to contact my regarding some issue simultaneously by all ways. Some people think, they will contact me by all possible ways and I replies faster. In fact i have to recheck a doubled or even tripled volume of messages and lose a lot of time, which only delays my replies. It`s a real issue now for me. Thanks for understanding.

why not? The increasing amount of counterfeits only confirms the quality of our products. Just order from trusted and known sources and all will be ok. If you order from basicstero.info or pharmacomstore.ws you don`t even need to check the codes, because we deliver all directly from the factory. We are Pharmacom Labs. With other, especially some local resellers or items ordered in gyms from hands you need to be more careful. If you check the code on site, it should not tell you that the code has been already checked before. A bit caution and all will be ok.
Just messing with you bro....i see what youre saying tho....those counterfeits are looking close...on picture anyway

@Pharmacom Labs those people that ordered from international but then are trying to get things from the domestic store are reverse-scammers. They are trying to pay international prices but get the convenience and guarantee of domestic.
They should have just payed the extra price for the conveniences of domestic if that is what they wanted.

Not everyone bro. When I ordered from pharmacomstore I thought because I was paying astronomically high prices I was going to be sent gear from us or at least EU. I had no idea at the time I ordered that I would be paying 100$ for tren e etc to get the gear from china. If I had known that and it was.made very clear there would have been no way I ordered from PharmacomStore. But in the end it was my fault and I shouldve found it out somehow. Anyways that pharmacomstore order im taking a loss on and it's lesson learned. The prices being so damn high makes you think you are not getting your gear from China.

Well that is a different source and as such my comment is not at all directed toward you -- sorry if you thought I was accusing you. I have no experience with pharmacomstore so I can not comment on them (and if you are trying to get resolution from them make sure you are contacting the correct source -- pharmacomstore is NOT the guys in this thread).
Sorry you took a loss man.
But for the people that used Basicstero it is very clear where they are getting the gear because the store has completely separate sections for US (domestic), EU, and international -- each with their own pricing and stock etc.
People trying to get domestic products from Basicstero at the international prices seems like a reverse scam to me.
Wouldn't we all opt for that if it was an option?
I mean the reason the domestic costs more is because they already took the risk of importing the product and any losses etc -- you get peace of mind and nearly perfect success BUT it COST MORE for those conveniences.
Why would there even be separate stores and different prices if we could just order int price and get it domestic???
Obviously paying less with international is because the customer endures the risks involved.

I knew I could've price matched but I thought those were reasonable prices for domestic or EU so I didn't want to go through the hassle. Yeah those prices for gear coming from china is retarded.

This shit right here irks me. Okay if you talk to any pharmacom rep they will tell you "we have a 1-2%seizure rate but with the volume we move every month that is almost nothing!" Alright cool, then you ask what about LA or Chicago, harder customs? They will then say yes the seizure rate goes up to 5%in those areas. Thats also fine if it was true. If you are unlucky enough to have your package siezed twice with those rates you should play the damn lottery! .05x.05 = 0.0025 = .25% chance of your package getting siezed twice even at 5%. Now some will say both are mutually exclusive and you will still have a 5%chance everytime, fine. Still seeing as it is happening seemingly more than an isolated instance it would be safe to assume pharmacom is LYING about seizure rates.
No one will deny that Pharmacom has a HUGE new AAS user customer base and as others have said they are aiming for this demographic because with one successful order they can obtain loyal customers but this lack of transparency makes me feel no sympathy for these guys. They lie about seizure rates like a trade school lies about their graduate job placementry rates to make it look like an appealing place to go.
I'm sure If you guys were honest about how many packs get siezed you wouldn't have as many new people.even trying you.

The price is exactly why I have never went with them. Cost more than my pharma without insurance that's crazy. But hey that's there choice and my opinion.

I had my pack seized in la twice had to have it sent to a busy out of state and the have him send it to me on the third time.
There is an inherent risk when ordering international. That's why it's cheaper-- it's riskier. This isn't rocket science. If you don't want your pack seized pay more and order domestic. BTW-- the supplements the pros are pushing in the magazines aren't what's making them so big either. Sheesh!

Hi, this needs to be clarified. When did we lie about seizure rate? A far as I remember i never said that Chicago and LA have low seizure rate. I never mentioned 5%. In fact, on the contrary, i numerous times mentioned that these 2 cities in the USA have most of al thel seizures within the USA (probably 95% of all seized items are seized in Chicago). Most of the discreet packages we ship still come through from the first or second time, this is truth. Often when order does not arrive i go against our conditions and agree to reship again for the third time. Also, by default we also ship to there regions discreetly, even if customer did not indicate it.
