If the vial is under dosed I would like reimbursement of some sort like any other person would in the same situation.Now I don't want shit from them since they will probably contaminate the vial even if they did send me a replacement. I want nothing from basic except to warn the public that these guys are poor organizers at best and selective scammers at worst.

Basic got me for a few hundred dollars I will admit, I got scammed. In the long run though they will end up losing alot more money in profits for the terrible way that they treat customers. They were giving over a month to rectify this before it went public. Bottom line is that they don't care because they pay people like you in gear to defend any negative claim against them.

Therefore, we control the manufacturing process and quality of all the products in our range. With basicstero.info you get the real manufacturer’s guarantee. If the quality of an item is being questioned, then it is required that an independent qualitative/quantitative analysis of said item be performed by an independent third-party laboratory. We faced with contamination inside the vial (some black pieces) and we reship, we faced with expired products and we reship, no problem but in case of blood/feeling we can't. The guy had the exact same experience I had,Ignored for weeks. How am I supposed to send a vial to test when I only buy two test at a time at premium price since I pay domestic. That way if the gear is bunk I only lose out on a few vials. Anyways why should we have to send in vials,there should be mutual TRUST and RESPECT not to send any members underdosed/bunk vials. This right here should not even be happening,it could have been resolved in a much more professional way. I also feel like you guys know that most people will just take the loss and move on without sending in the sample to the lab. I trusted you guys with my money and I got burned,that just is not fair to me or anyone else that spent hundreds of dollars with you guys.

Few pages back someone states that they installed X-ray machines in some of the facilities. Something about 80% of packages are getting seized but you would have to go a few pages back to find it. Most likely why domestic is sending out oil since they are having such a hard time getting gear through to the states.
