Hi all,
there are some things I would like to share with you.
1. Some time ago on russian-speaking boards was spread an article about some warehouse in Moldova busted, with our products. I thought english-speaking community does not know much about it, so i did not want to touch this topic in order not to worry customers with info, which is not related to us. However, we received several emails with questions, even from big bulk customers. I decided to leave a public post making all clear.
I don`t know what happened in Moldova and who are those guys busted there. As you know, we are located not in Moldova; we moved many years ago. Because this info was spread on russian boards mainly, we took photos of our real facility to calm down our russian customers. I did not want to post them here, but to make everyone get rid of any doubts here are our recent photos with dates on them
So, do not trust anyone who says Pharmacom is busted. We are fine and working. I don`t know who is busted. Most probably some kitchen-lab producing fakes of Pharmacom, which we find more and more.
Next,
there are a couple of reports from Simec, which were ready several days ago yet. Here they are
Also, in last couple of days, if you contacted us using the contacts form, you might have received a message about the address being not found. Don`t worry, all ok. We are just changing some things with our emails for better security and privacy. All should work by now. We could miss some emails due to this, unfortunately.
Regarding payment options. We ask every customer again to consider bitcoin as payment option. Other ways like WU and MG changed something recently; many transfers can no be completed or they don`t let to send funds at all. We have many issues with them recently. Orders paid with bitcoins are confirmed much easier and faster.
