I placed an order and it says "order shipped" however I have not received a tracking number. I used the "contact us" option and included my order number but still no reply. I reached out to @Pharmacom Helper with no reply. This is my first order with them. A little concerned.

Don't expect a tracking number for several days until the package leaves it's country of origin

Hi so what is the issue with my order, you marked it shipped and it has been two months and I don’t have my order which I placed from US domestic, much like the last 7 orders I’ve placed with you guys.

Why can’t you put the tracking numbers on my order? (#U8JCTY7GU) Please let me know when I can expect you to ship it and update my order status with tracking numbers, I’ve already PMed @pharmacom helped several times and I keep repeating myself.

Please resolve my order issue.

Hope they set you straight...shit I need my adex sooner than 2 months...please tell me this isn't the norm.

Not the norm at all, read over the many reviews and posts in this 890+ page thread. Most of the time the T/A is approx 2 weeks even for the international store unless there is a holiday or other special circumstance. Domestic when available is much faster for obvious reasons.

Good to hear...over the years I've seen labs go from amazing to non existant...so just getting a feel for the current service.
