Dude your way under 17 percent. Probably closer to 10-12 range. How did you take that measurement?should I try to lose a little fat before my next cycle? I was also thinking running cyp 250 again with NPP . any advice?

5'11" 190lbs 17%BF goal is about 220lbs-230lbs then cut down to around 190ish at 6%BF
