[Pharmacom]TestC/NPP/Dbol/Test Base "Off-season" Powerlifting Cycle

That's so annoying. It definitely works, especially if the plates are totally flat on one side. The ones at my gym are rubber, have handles/holes and NOT flat. Makes deficits tough.

Not completely flat but enough that the hinderance is minimal.

My new gym has octagonal plates. Talk about annoying!

Today was speed bench @ about 50% (165) with 40lbs. chains. 9 sets of 3 reps, 3 different "close" grips 30 seconds rest between sets, 1 minute rest between grip changes.

All my reps were very fast and explosive, was sweating like crazy. I've noticed feeling hotter through the day so I'm not sure if the ECA is being more synergistic with the juice than normal or what.

For accessories I hit a couple sets of JM presses with 95lbs bar weight and 80lbs of chains! Absolutely brutal. Also did a couple sets of light, strict barbell rows 12x135.

50mg test base, 25mg injected dbol +20mg oral dbol. I'm sure that the oral dbol on top of the injectable irritated my gyno more than usual today. I'm trying to keep it in check with letro and aromasin, but the short acting TNE and the dbol just convert so quickly to estrogen. I'll be getting mid-cycle bloods in a couple weeks.

Do you ever work with special bars like a Swiss bar or safety squat bar?

I did some JM presses when I ran the RTS Generalized Intermediate Program. Indeed a tough and kind of awkward feeling lift at first.

Only time I do is when I'm lifting at a gum that has them- practically never, but I have used them. Regular commercial gyms blow, but gotta do what ya gotta do. The SSB is probably the greatest invention of all-time! I'll ghetto-rig a SSB by using a manta ray and put lifting straps on the bar to use as makeshift handles. Not as good and it's not cambered, but it does take the load off the shoulders.

I've noticed so much more lockout strength by doing JM presses. They are super awkward but are so very effective.

Woke up late, took 4 tabs of dbol preworkout instead of the TNE+dbol injectable.

Max Effort Squat/Deadlift:
Did Good Mornings off pins with 80lbs of chain. Worked up to 295+the chains for a heavy single. Didn't hit any accessories due to time, but those good mornings took a toll on me!

50mg TNE+28mg dbol about 2 hours preworkout + 20mg dbol tabs 15 minutes preworkout

Max Effort Bench: Close-Grip 2 Board Press+ 80lbs. Chains
Worked up to a heavy single with 275+chains then 300+chains. Not sure about counting the 300 since the guy I asked to spot me probably helped a little once it started grinding. He did get away from the bar once I got it moving faster though. No downward movement after I started pressing though.
Accessories:
Hit 315 straight weight for 8 reps close grip with my slingshot, some JM Presses and ended with chest supported rows with fat gripz.

I seriously felt possessed during the max effort work. Totally in the zone & just wanted more and more weight on the bar. I have noticed a lack of endurance lately as if I am easily winded. Even during sex. Debating about doing some cardio just to keep the heart healthy. I haven't gained a ton of weight; I'm still sitting around 200.

50mg TNE+28mg dbol injected IM 90 min preworkout+ 20mg dbol tabs 30 min preworkout.

SPEED SQUATS AND DEADS WITH CHAINS!!! 8 sets of 2 reps speed box squats @ 250+80lbs chain, then Speed pulls- 10 singles with 250+80 lbs chain.

Back pumps were unreal. WAAAY too painful. Had to take extra breaks on squats. Every rep was explosive as it should be.

For accessories I hit- chest supported rows, dumbbell side bends with 150's, and some hanging leg raises. Everything started cramping so badly I didn't know if it was the dbol or an electrolyte imbalance.

There were some teens deadlifing next to me when I came in, the one loaded the bar with too much weight for his friend who managed to pull it, but I told him his form was going to make him break his back. One snidely told his friend, "Yeah, deadlift 101." I started warming up, added the chains, and they ran away to do curls and show off their abs to each other. Something about them just pissed me off and I was glad I seemed to scare them off by being too hardcore for them. Guess the TNE is making me a little more territorial?

Sorry I haven't updated this past week. It's been a bit crazy. I'll just summarize the past week:

Max Effort SQT/DL:
Did Good Mornings with blue bands doubled over. Added AT LEAST 100+lbs on the top. Worked up to 275lbs for a heavy single. ALSO, did some isometric holds off the rack for a few sets. I worked up to holding 600lbs for 30 seconds.

Max Effort Bench:
Incline Bench. Worked to 275 for a heavy single which was a PR on that lift. Felt my shoulder nagging a bit and hit 295 with the slingshot. I noticed that I'm slow on my descent, but VERY fast coming up on my pressing motions.

Speed Sqts & DL: Worked at 60%+ 80 lbs chain. 8 sets of 2 for squats, 10 singles of deadlift
*Special Note*
I felt like lifting something HEAVY and hit A NEW PR FOR DEADLIFT!!! I pulled 475lbs! This was a 50 lb PR!!! I was slow off the floor, but by mid shin it exploded up and I had a solid lockout:cool:. I need to do some more deficit pulls to increase strength and speed off the floor.

Yesterday/ ME SQT/DL:
Did pseudo-safety bar squats (a manta ray with lifting straps around the bar). Squatted to a soft bench below parallel. Worked up to 365 for a solid single, then through on the squat suit.
Did 500lbs for 3 reps for 2 sets. Only problem was that I couldn't get down to the bench in my suit. That means I need over 500lbs to push myself to parallel. I had to get my breath several times during the lift which was throwing me off. Guess I need to use the suit more often.

Thanks guys I really appreciate all the positive comments! It's my first cycle log so it's kind of been all over the place. I'm planning to get mid-cycle bloods within a couple of weeks.

I'm just debating about continuing with the dbol preworkout or taking a break on it. I took a 1.5/2 week break early on to get my estrogen under control and I only take it 4 days a week. I know ALT/AST levels would tell me definitively, but I really dig the boost preworkout.

My resting BP was 124/84 the other day which is really good for me. I'm nornally near 135/85 with caffeine use. I try to keep an eye on it due to kidney issues when I was younger. I only have 1 working kidney so I take my organ protection seriously. I really don't want to go on dialysis.

Sorry for not consistently updating my log.

Speed bench: did something different due to limited time. My shoulder was bugging me so I used my slingshot and did 3 sets of 3 with 225, then 250, then 275. All for speed. Did a couple sets of military press for assistance.

Max Sqt/DL: Worked Snatch grip pulls. Worked to a single for 335 with double overhand. Had to use a mixed grip for 365.

Max Bench: Push Press- Worked to a new PR of 225. Accessories: Superset of high pulls with heavy dumbbell lateral raises. 225x7 reps and 50's for 8 reps. Tricep pushdowns, extra wide cable rows, hammer curls, and arnold presses.

Speed Sqt/DL: Sqt 55%(250 lbs)+ heavy bands. Couldn't find my usual box so I had to use a bench, it was a little above parallel. I've been squatting extra-wide (feet against the power rack) I did 8 sets of doubles, found the regular box, and did 2 more sets of doubles with 315lbs without the bands. It was still fast. Then I did speed pulls with 260 lbs. Accessories: Reverse Hypers. 1 set bodyweight one set with a 45lb dumbbell. Also did side bends with a 120 lb dumbbell. The back pumps were so intense I had to take longer rest periods.

Speed Bench: skipped workout due to familial responsibilities.

Max Squat/Deadlift: Reverse band parallel box squats: worked up to a PR with a 550 b single. It was fast considering the weight. If I had more time I would have tried 575. No accessory work was done.

I've been tapering down on my preworkout Dbol dose. I only took 10mg preworkout. Planning on getting bloodwork this weekend. I'll be sure to post the results.

Max Effort Bench- Floor Press. I worked up to 315 for a nice paused single. My weak point on bench is where I sit on floor press so this was perfect. For accessories I hit: JM press (hit a rep PR! 10x185#), seated shoulder press with lateral raises and finished with some heavy chest-supported rows.

For the guys following this, I'm debating about finishing off the cycle with a little Tren A for the last 2-3ish weeks. Anyone think that might be a very BAD idea?
