You are a source. You can't go Mia for couple weeks. This is unacceptable. Your competition here is big. And if you keep this behavior (going Mia for weeks and not answering mails) you will lose a lot of customers. If its so much work, then get a employee. Also why did you wait so long to tell everyone that one shipper is in quarantine? You could have give us the information way earlier. Also logging into you meso acc twice or once a week is also not great. These people here are customers or potential customers. And you need to take care of them. Or as I said people will go to another source.If you want you money back, I have no problem with it. But I have no email from you with with a request for a refund.
