May I ask how many times you send some samples to Chemtox, if you expertly talking about ,,unusually,, long time ?
Last results was received 3 weeks after Chemtox received samples SIR.

Which samples , Pharmastar ? Was send to Chemtox , now we are waiting to results

Ok, well see how the results of the tests turn out and go from there. But you've dug a huge hole for yourself that's going to be very difficult to dig out of. Sending out bunk and counterfeit gear and thinking you can keep exchanging it till you get it right is a bullshit. Even the fact that another source did testing on one of your lines and found it to be garbage is a joke.

So until you start being proactive, and become protective of your customers health and safety, I see no reason for anyone to order from you.
