NAC is very important, it also showed a reduction of doms when taken constantly.

Ive used inositol and choline, NAC, milk thistle, apple cider vinegar, and lemon water throughout the day all helped me. The apple cider vinegar and lemon water really helped when using orals, sometimes the acidity from the vinegar would be a problem. But definitely helped clearing out my system and lowering my liver enzymes

I have noticed this. Especially now that I'm using hgh. Really is not reason not use it

Interesting. Haven't researched for it so far. If the data holds you literally have no reason not to take it.

I’ve got some reading to do. Never done any research on anything gh, slin or glucose related. Wasn’t sure if I should be alarmed seeing a glucose of 56. With a quick google search it seemed a lot lower than it should be.

As far as I know, if you want to be covered in a broad spectrum regarding liver, you should take Milk Thistle, NAC and most importantly TUDCA.

I personally have the first two. Thoughts on NAC by the way?

NAC is a must for any bodybuilder using gear imo.... I use that at 1800mg a day with 100 mcg of k2, 200mg ubiquinol, and 1500mg arjuna daily. When using orals I throw in tudca for the duration of the cycle.

I'm 12 days in on the dbol was doing 30 mg ed and upped it to 40mg the last 5 days. Definitely noticing some aggression I almost beat a homeless tweaker to death a few days ago. Other than that just some heartburn tho no real strength increase yet. I'm up a few pounds but nothing crazy. Maybe I need to up the dose?

I think the standard dosage for dbol is 50mg ED? Maybe increase it a bit.
