I think the standard dosage for dbol is 50mg ED? Maybe increase it a bit.

Some of the homies I know on here are taking 100-150mg of dbol.......I myself can’t go over 50 without gaining some tits

Did you ever try to take an AI and Nolvadex along with DBol? It’s pretty much impossible to get tits with Nolva

Didn’t know about nolva until I had already started getting a lump. It was my first cycle but I did some reading on here and started nolva and upped the ai and haven’t had any issues since.

I actually take 40mg of DBol and 20mg of nolva, with “harsh” orals i usually do 2 wks on and 1 off for three times (6 weeks on) to “stretch” the effects into the cycle trying not to stressing the liver too much with continuous usage. (The rest of the cycle is: 400mg test c 600mg EQ 500mg tren E 12.5 aromasin ed)

@Savagesteve I like to run nolva with highly “aromatizable” (is this even a word?) steroids to keep the gyno away.

Quick update: yesterday I got my first shot with Test Cyp PHARMASTAR Line, and I have no pip! Finally! It’s the first time I try Cyp, so I also suppose my body has to get used to the new molecule (is this possible?), I also fucked up with the needle in my delt because the light went away exactly when I was injecting and scared the fuck out of me.

Are you stopping the nolva on the week off and picking it back up on the on weeks on or do you run it through the whole 6 weeks?

I need to do more research honestly. I'm intrigued, I was going to just up my AI when taking it, but if I can keep it the same and just take Nolva when taking the Dbol that sounds appealing.

I never use an oral for more than 4 weeks besides Proviron if you even count that lol.

I quit taking an AI altogether. All I use is nolva now.

Just out of curiosity, do you have any bloodwork available? It just seems weird to me to not use any AI in a cycle. Or, to be more specific would you mind telling your stats and the cycle you are on?

Adex and letro destroy my lipids. Aromasin is ok but nolva does the job for me. John "mountaindog" meadows talks about this in a series he does with Dr Serrano

Thanks for the info, I think that sometimes nolva is a necessary measure when dealing with hardly controllable compounds like deca for example
