I’ve used his and 24k. I’ve used 20mg on a cruise to 100mg on a blast. 75 is my sweet spot but the back pumps can get fucking brutal. Ran 40mg this last time and preferred it over 75mg on back and leg days. Otherwise I like 75 as the pumps are amazing.

I’ve never ran it before but the dosages reccomended are conflicting. I’ve seen people use 10-20mg back in the day and then up to 100mg today. Obviously some variables with each account due to unknown purity of the product used, so guess it’s something you just have to find out yourself.

That shit was too hardcore for me, with 50mg winstrol and 50mg var I was definitely suffering from pumps, I remember shin and ankles pumps to be a nightmare, not to mention back pumps when deadlifting.

When training arms, instead, the feeling was great.
