Pharmasource EU pharmaceuticals

3rd package I had to sign, no big deal and it was a few days longer to be delivered than the 2 I ordered within weeks apart from each other.

I never ask for anything free nor do I expect it... however my 3rd order had a lot of free shit in it. @pharmasource has been solid...

First time taking Cardarine and I'll report back on my experience in a few weeks.

Do this , leave a note in your mailbox saying , if package need a signature you can put etc your signarute or name ****. Leave a bottle of water or soda for your mailmen. He will do it for you.
Each scanner has a camera that can take pictures. So basically he takes a picture of your note /signature and your good to go. It works .

That doesn't sound ethical, but i think a $10 bill and a cold bottle or two of imported beer would be a better suggestion.

More than 3 weeks have passed since a tracking number shows: "package has been processed through our facility in ISC NEW YORK NY(USPS)"

Total time is almost 2 months.
You emailed him? His reship policy is 4 weeks...not like it says delivered. My last one took forever but at 2 months it should’ve been reshipped already.

I guess he is not responsible if the USPS has lost the package in the US.

If it wasn’t delivered that’s bs... he was going to reship other “lost” packs a few weeks ago
 
can you inquire/chase down UPS? since it's past customs the contents shouldn't matter - in cases like that I always said medicinal goods etc.

If is pack seized by customs, or lost without any record between EU-USA ( there is no record in track ) , is reshipped after 4 weeks, FREE.
But if pack hit USA and USPS facility, mean that is in USPS hands. And we are not responsible to their work ( and must say, USPS is not the best postal service and we cant quarantee reship )

Are you mailing it a different way? The reason I ask this is that it has been taking forever to hit the US and multiple people are having issues with tracking and getting their packs within a month.

No, to USA standard airmail service. You must know, any delay, after sending date is not our fault. Sometimes to USA need 6 days to hit facility, sometimes 20....but question why.... really dont know.

And was it primarily pharmaceutical grade products, or private line product?

I think if everyone reading this is REALLY thinking about this fairly, you should understand why a source should not be responsible for free reships once the package is in USPS's hands. By that point, the source has done everything he needed to do stealth wise and package integrity wise to get the pack to the customer.
 
I think it would be fair for both parties to offer a good discount on the next order, like a middle ground solution so the source does not take all the loss and the customer is not left empty handed.

In some cases, the source is at fault because of their chicken scratch hand writing of the receivers name/address. But in that instance, tracking will typically show the pack going in circles because the mail carrier can't decipher the information.

In this case, it seems USPS allowed the pack to slip through the cracks, which happens, but the source has zero control over that.

Some of the tightwad sources i've seen have a policy that if the pack is seized, the buyer has to fork over an additional 50% of the original cost for a reship. Granted the pack wasn't seized, but something along these lines could resolve this matter, if both parties are willing to come to an agreement.

I think the answers to my questions above can help guide what a fair resolution would, or would not be in this case.

What is fair for us to ask of both the customer and the source will depend on those answers (you know where I am going with this --> true cost of product, profit margin, cost to replace product).

I always shy away from one size fits all, cookie cutter policies. I understand why sources need to provide these policies up front (unreasonable and dishonest folks will attempt to work the system otherwise, and/or make unreasonable demands). But the most effective and fair resolutions always factor in variables unique to the situation.

I believe that can be accomplished here. @Anat has been here for over 4 years and I only recall positive interactions from/with him, unless my memory is incorrect. I mean I HAVE been hit in the head quite a few times over the years. 7 or 8 concussions later and maybe my recall is a little off.

His track show that was processed through USPS facility. Seized packs have no records in track, or, track show - processed by customs, held by customs, or similar.

And of course, If he want to make order again, have a big sale for him.
