I get your “speculative logic”... and in fairness he may be correct. But he needs to show that, with facts, and the more the board holds sources accountable, the better for us. (And I’m not talking about the paranoid, argumentative for no reason nonsense).
I operate off one simple principle: all sources go “bad” at some point, 100% of the time. Whether they intentionally scam, make a brewing mistake, or their source burns them and it gets by them and passed onto us, they get busted, etc. And I don’t want to be there when that happens. I am a PS customer btw, and have had zero issues. But turning a blind eye to a potential issue and lighting up the member raising concerns doesn’t help anyone (talking about the other dude, not you)
