Pins,pins,pins.

I've never pinned glute myself but I can only imagine the pip.

Hopefully its of benefit to you for me sharing my experience.

Week 7 of my 1st cycle, Test 400 mix & equipose 300, 1ml each for 16 weeks & week 4-8 dbol, 16 weeks total, rotating glutes.

Being new to this I've had a few learning curves, in regards to pip, the 1st few weeks were terrible! Limping all over the place for 3 or 4 days after.
I used to pin sundays (non gym days) big mistake. I now pin Mondays right before gym, give it a good 5 min massage with decent pressure, 1 mile walk to the gym, and then 10 min cardio... resistance and then the walk back.

PIP is non existant now im glad to say!

Im not sure if the "virgin muscle" theory applies, but either way its 100 times better.

For a 1st timer I was hell nervous however I think its a nice place to self inj now. I cant comment on any other sites as I havent tried yet.
 
Withdraw - 18-21G (whatever the pharmacy have in stock)
Injection - 25-27G, 1 inch (i prefer 27, but it's slow as fuck)

This is what I use. I pin in quads and delts myself, glutes if I have help. Frequency of injecting depends on what I'm cycling, test e 2x a week, test p eod. Max 2 ml in delts and quads, 3 ml in glutes.

Injecting is like sex for a girl. If you're nervous, go slow. If it hurts, pull out. Helps to have someone with experience in the room with you who can help;)
I never go to pharmacy so expensive. Check out allegro medical supplies. Super fast and diet cheap
