Plan for wife

Don’t mean to hijack this thread but figured since a lot of members wives or girlfriends here have commented about them being on var previously I figured I’d ask. My wife is currently on her first full anavar cycle, about 6 weeks in. She first started at 10mgs split evenly throughout the day. She is now on 20mgs split evenly throughout the day simply because of a different supplier being used and we could not possibly split up the 10mgs capsules evenly. Anyway she is recomping very nicely. Her body weight is primarily the same but is losing fat and gaining muscle. She is also seeing steady linear strength increases that are pretty impressive. The only bad sides that she is getting is a bout of night sweats every once in a while and very little bloating.

Anyway, my question is to those that have had their significant others on var, have you noticed a drop or decline in libido when their cycle has ended? Was there an increase, decrease, or return to baseline?

Simply a return to baseline libido. Nothing to worry about.

My advice ? Dont piss her off !

"Her workout is typical crossfit stuff; to me it seems like heavy barbell and lots of rowing but I dont do Crossfit so I am not 100% sure. I just know her back squat is 220lb, front squat 195lbs, clean is 165lbs, deadlift 295, snatch 110."

Any guidance would be appreciated.

I was going to comment that his wife is a beast with those stats.

Ladies, need some help/advice for my wife's plan.. She is a Crossfitter and that is out of my knowledge base. When she started crossfit last March she was 29% bodyfat, 41lbs of fat mass, 119lbs of fat free mass putting her at 160lbs. She is currently at 165lb measuring 19% bodyfat, 31 pounds of fat mass and 134lbs fat free mass (98 lbs of water). Her goal is 15% without losing much muscle so if I calculated the stats correctly she needs to lose 8lbs of fat while maintaining her muscle and she isnt too worried about the scale. She has anavar and clen and was planning on running anavar at 10mg a day starting first week of February, she wants to spend January to get her diet back on track.

They have an in-house nutritionist who has her calorie requirement at 2,100 split at 175g Protein, 140g Carb and 90g Fat. Her last cut she was doing 155g protein, 165g carb and 60g fat. That cut she went from 18.7% BF to 18.1% BF and gained 2 pounds of muscle between July and November.

Her workout is typical crossfit stuff; to me it seems like heavy barbell and lots of rowing but I dont do Crossfit so I am not 100% sure. I just know her back squat is 220lb, front squat 195lbs, clean is 165lbs, deadlift 295, snatch 110.

Any guidance would be appreciated..

Does your wife have PCOS by chance? I ask because she responds really well to diet+working out.
