I grew up is crap gyms in the 70's and early 80's and we had natty people who on average blow away drug abusers like MindlessDunce all day long. And I can say I never heard any of them cry and safe space about how pathetic the gym was.

I was a member here 10 years ago, was a bit abusive back then but I blame my X wife for that, the Alcohol did not help either, but the past is the past and the important thing is it was not my fault. Looking forward to being an active member here, and getting back down to 210lbs by next spring.

My best bench press numbers are: 225x50 at 257lbs, and 365x19 at 257lbs, and 565lbs for one rep at 257lbs (not done on the same day, but in the same week to be honest). Horrible bench no doubt, I am sure you have done much better then that.Seems funny the guy who says he sucks at deads, sucks at squats, and cant bench is picking on other people.

Never to late to add the deads back in your routine. I think they would add some depth to your body! My best raw atg raw (just a belt) squat was 405lbs for 10 reps for three sets at around 217lbs natural, no doubt 99% of the members here have done better then that. And yes my deads sucked, only did 335x6 for three sets when I was 15 and 200lbs, never did them after that, no doubt most here have better numbers at 15.
Me at 41 years old after 3 rotatar cuff tears , and on HRT 100mg test EW. No doubt most 41 year olds look much better.

Actually my buddy just reminded me that her exact words were, "We don't cater to your kind here." That's when I remembered why I was so pissed. I'm not gonna lie. First time in my life I ever wanted to call a black person a N. I told her that it was racial because she was kicking us out based on how we looked. Really my buddy.
