Planet fitness

The planet fitness I went to the front desk people actually lifted. When they closed we'd bust out the free weights and do deads and squats. And actually Planet Fitness is brilliant because they cater to fat people which are the best demographic to target for a fitness center because fat/obese people pay their membership fees and never go. The one I went to had 3000+ members and only like 100 people ever went... True brilliance. And you feed them pizza and bagels so they stay that way.

To your comment about places like this not being needed, if you truly are out of shape it's disheartening to try and workout with fuckin beasts. Most fat people do not have the drive and discipline to make a real change. I think they have the best chance when they are in a place surrounded by people who are in the exact place they are. Talk to any trainer they will tell you people are legitimately embarrassed to be the fat guy at the gym surrounded by people who take care of themselves. You might not make fun of them but it doesn't change the fact they're self conscience.

Although, rule #1 if you're fat and want to lose weight is to first get rid of all your fat friends and get some new, lean and fit ones instead.

So I'm thinking of leaving planet fitness. Anyone here go to la fitness?
La fitness is my primary membership- I just got a secondary at planet because of their hours and the tanning.

La has everything you could need for the most part. A lot of stupid fucks, but you can say that about any gym. Dumbells only go to 125 at mine but that's decent for a big box gym. Mine stopped allowing gym bags on the floor which pissed me off, but you can still deadlift and use chalk. Their daycare deal is cool too if you have kids.10 bucks a month per kid and they will watch them while you work out. We use it all the time.

I'm kind of stuck with the big box stuff because we have any bodybuilding gyms around my house.

Overall for 2 gyms, tanning and the daycare, my gym bill is right at 100 bucks a month. Can't really beat it.

Yeah I'll check it out this week. I have a 16ftx12ft shed I was thinking of making my personal gym. Not sure if it's big enough tho

I'd think that would be enough depending on what you need. Just get a really solid mutifunction rack and you should have room for the rest. Mines a Parabody and it's pretty damn solid. Since it's not a traditional power rack, I use heavy duty sawhorses as safety bars. Mine doesn't even take up half of one of my garage stalls.

They aren't but they happen to be perfect for me. I tested them with a broom on my back at the store lol. How tall are you? I squat low bar, not quite a2g but below parallel and I don't hit. I'm 5'9" by the way.

Oh hell maybe they arent as tall as they look. Im 6'3 i squat somewhere in between low bar and highbar and i hit pretty good depth.

La fitness is good, but u might find your self overwhelmed by all the new year new me seasonals

My best bench press numbers are: 225x50 at 257lbs, and 365x19 at 257lbs, and 565lbs for one rep at 257lbs (not done on the same day, but in the same week to be honest). Horrible bench no doubt, I am sure you have done much better then that.

My best raw atg raw (just a belt) squat was 405lbs for 10 reps for three sets at around 217lbs natural, no doubt 99% of the members here have done better then that. And yes my deads sucked, only did 335x6 for three sets when I was 15 and 200lbs, never did them after that, no doubt most here have better numbers at 15.

Me at 41 years old after 3 rotatar cuff tears , and on HRT 100mg test EW. No doubt most 41 year olds look much better.

Post an actual picture you cunt
That must be 20 years ago and you do look like shit back then

I missed you from MD twat [emoji14]

View attachment 75407 Well boys can't make this shit up. I already said I keep a planet membership because it's cheap as fuck and good for cardio or a quick pump workout but I saw this in person last week.
Lmao bet the front desk person is a fatty like most front desk people are at a PF. Who eats at Mickey D's, except if bulking?

McDonald's has healthy choices. Now if they were at the "all u can eat buffet" that would be different.

Not going to lie I eat mcdonalds relatively regularly. Those artisan grilled chicken sandwiches they have aren't too bad and I have a reusable bogo coupon. It's pretty good deal when you're in a pinch. It has a decent macro balance.
