Exactly. I only rest after pt. Which is M,W,F, and we just added Saturday. Speech therapy the same days. My night medications knock me out. Trying to avoid the depression. But I could easily see how one could give up after such an event. That's not me. Not yet at least.I remember you hated doing cardio , but cardio and PT is probably what you need for a while . Try not to gain much "bed weight" from laying too long in bed . As much physical activity as you can handle I would think. And fight off the DEPRESSION ! Thats a bitch I know...
