Just a thought....But military boot camp and advanced training...maybe 6 months before their deployed.. two tours of duty in Irag and another two in Afghanistan (maybe more) and not a REMF....Then between 4 to 18 weeks (depending on what State) "training" at a police academy.

It's the liberal wet dream state, no actual individual rights, just privileges based on assessed "needs" and a political process.
It's a nightmare, and now add loads of uncooperative Muslims to the mix. No wonder the UN is forecasting a massive quality of living drop by 2035.
