after this test I did an HGH dose of ~2.5 IU daily and shedded fat (with a bunch of cardio and low carb/fat diet) like crazy.

I have tried to explain to others how after a certain age even small amounts of growth hormone can make a major change.

2.5 iu is a stupid waste of money for a 25 year old.

For a 50 year old, 2.5 iu can be magical along with some steroids.

2iu's is night and difference for me and for most who are in the low 100's.

You won't be mr. O on it, but it helps a lot with recovery, energy levels and wellbeing ...

Completely agree. I'm not 50 yet but getting there. 2 - 2.5 nightly makes a huge difference. Recovery, aches and pains, general well being, etc.
 
I'm curious to know what would be considered high? Is it based on age, and does your cycle "size" effect the actual results? Like does 500mg test effect the numbers?

100% agree added with a TRT+ style dose is "magic." If one does the work, the recomp is there. key word in there is work.... no escaping that stuff

Late 30's. I was 250 before TRT. 225 after a few months of TRT. Started 2iu QSC GH last week. Limited sides, my mood has been pretty awesome, and getting an extra hour of sleep per night. Even if my IGF-1 doesn't move much, the extra sleep will make the GH a big value add.
