Post up your Natty IGF-1 Level

Pretty much exactly where I am at 4iu. Considered increasing but frankly I’m happy with the results so far. Z 1.6 puts you in the top 5% of your peers in terms of IGF, and still well within safe physiologic range.

I’m also starting to think IGF-1 hyper response isn’t the blessing it appears to be, for long term use. All the benefits apart from anabolism are in GH not IGF, while almost all the serious risks that have to be managed are in IGF. It kind of sucks to only get 2iu in and hit a high IGF that puts you close to a Z score of 3, stopping you from safely increasing GH any further.
Yeah, I was thinking about that. Don't know how I'm responding yet but I hoping to run it safely at a higher dose. We'll see in January.

learning quickly and agree w/ Ghoul's assement about hyper responders..... :( Not looking like its going to be a tool on my toolbelt. And I respond the total opposite to test! Need lots to get a little.

Age: 43
Natty: IGF- 209
Z score: .9

2iu
IGF- 531
Z score: 3.3

190mg test: 840 total & 220 Free
312mg test: 1,323 total & Free N/A

Hmmmm...

How long were you using 2 IU before you retested?

Tested while on reta and in a 10wk caloric deficit for context. 134.00ng/mL baseline 37m before starting the wwb yellow caps (plastic case white sticker). Did notice some aching joints temporarily and a scale bump of 2lb so praying this stuff isn’t bunk. Either way I have uthers otw so will wait to test again likely once reliably running that.

So what is your IGF-1 level when not injecting any hgh?

I saw this guy complaining about being in the mid-200s, which looked high to me:

Mine are only 83 (range 50-317 ng/mL, so technically in range and not low, LOL)

What is your natty IGF-1 level?

I'll be updating my IGF-1 soon. Not sure how long it takes this time around.
Apparently this is how long it takes.

So, my 83 has been cured.

I divided up optitropin into 4 doses. I call it 3 iu, but it is technically ever so slightly more than that due to the vial being more than 12 iu, but I wanted the easy math, so divided by 4 it is, and call it 3 iu, too.

Result . . .

Drum roll, please . . .

325

Z Score of 2.1

I have been doing this a long time, so I probably am already a gorilla face since my Z score exceeded 2.

The difference between my natty IGF-1 and what I get from this small dose explains why such a low dose affects me so much more than others who say they cannot tell the difference.

It’s really the others who are outliers.

When they treat adults with GH deficiency, doses rarely exceed 1.5iu to reach the upper end of the normal range, around Z score 1. And it takes a few months to titrate up to that level.
