Decide how much you're going to make e.g. 50 ml. 1 gram divided into 50 parts-- 1/50=.020 grams, or 20mg. 20 mg/ml. What route you go with, a suspension or solution is up to you. You can add more powder to make it stronger, or add less to make it weaker. You just have to decide how much to make, how strong you want it to be. On the solution side of things, it appears if you try to make it too potent, it won't go into solution.
