primary hypogonadism

a few of you inquired about primary hypogonadism and hcg. lh stimulates the testes to produce testosterone;as we all know. however, primary hypogonadism indicates a problem with the testes themselves, and not being able to get stimulated by leutinizing hormone(or hcg). there fore, those suffering from this will not respond to hcg or clomid, testosterone will be the only remedy from what i understand. it has something to do with age and the fact that ledigs cells die(disappear). incidently, from using AAS for long periods of time and not stimulating the testes with hcg, individuals can do damage to the ledigs cells. thats why it is imperative,in my opinion to not let yourself suffer atrophy for long periods of time;always use small amounts of hcg intermittenly at least. swale can expound on the subject more.
