Primo Cycle

@geargoddess what would stacking them get you vs running them on their own? Is var more a muscle builder and primo more of a refiner? What do they individually contribute?

That's a good question. What I found when I combine them together, they give a synergistic effect where one seems to boost the other. As much as I hate using the words... fat burning... the combo somehow targets the final stubborn areas... similarly to men taking tren and var with their test. When you finish off your primo cycle with var, you end up giving your body that final touch. I find that your body is hard, defined and lean with striations showing and not holding any water. (With your diet adjusted accordingly) the gains you just got from primo which are slower, get amplified with var. I also found it is easier to maintain after so I don't lose any of my gains or very minimal.

What is your reasoning behind wanting to add test boosters?

Personally, I never used them but if I was to go that route, I'd go inject 15mg of test instead other test supplements - creams or pills.

As for your var vs primo question. They are very different compounds. Var is a good beginner steroid for women as it has low sides.. once you start experimenting, primo is definately worth a try. (My personal favorite) most people if they liked var, incorporate primo next time then a combination of both...

I only considered it as i have had great experiences with test boosters, from regulating skin blemishes, enhancing good sleep, mood control , increasing libido, strength, endurance , reduces water retention and bloating and so on... I know we already produce small amounts of testosterone but as we get older we produce less and less.. And by increasing our natural test levels and suppresing oestrogen we will feel much better as aging women... I have seen women going through the menopause take test boosters and become different women, for the better..i thought as var causes bloating etc .. That it might be beneficial to add it while on var cycle..but id imagine you would need to inject as test boosters wouldnt be strong enough, ... I have just been reading up on it there.

Yes I would imagine as well... that's why I said I'd rather inject. I imagine you'd need large doses of the creams and/or pills to come close to an injection. And you are right, I always suggest, as I've seen a ton of studies as well as know several women who feel 10-20 years younger once they introduced test injections. Just a tiny dose makes a world of difference...and yes all the benefits that you listed. A lot of doctors are now being accepting to giving their patients test versus pumping them with estrogen. I'm not there in my life yet... but soon enough I'm sure. And test will be for sure on my list.

So...it's worth a try... I've never tried the creams.. but if it's like running test and var...it may have great benefits to you. .. but I would run each on its own first to assess how you respond to it and it's sides.. so give a few weeks of var before adding anything else.

First pin of week six and leg day. PR'd squat at 220x1. I am really very tired today and wanted to dig deeper but I couldn't. I do think on another day I could go heavier. When I unracked that bb tho and felt the weight on my back I was all up in my head. "Goddamn this is heavy" was the thought I had to keep pushing out of my head. But I got one and done so I'll take that.

Overall I'm just tired. Started off the week with hardly any sleep and woke up tired this morning.
For being exhausted tho I drug myself through the workout pretty well.

Oh I pr'd hip thrusts too at 195.

Going to bed early tonight. If I still feel like shit tomorrow I may take an additional rest day. Dammit.

Are you eating at a deficit? If so, maybe you could have a refeed day. It may do your body good!

Thanks, Devika! Feel much better today. Tbh I've taken last and this week off from tracking my macros. I eat almost exactly the same every damn day I figured I'd wing it for a couple of weeks. It just gets sooooo tedious. I have been trying to keep my carbs low though which does fatigue me after a while. Of course low to me is ~100-120g. I know some women go much lower. If I do that for 5 days or so I start dreaming about bread and potatoes.

I did have a glorious cheat day Saturday. I took my dad and husband out for Father's Day early and went to a restaurant that serves blue cheese chips. If you'd seen me eating them you would have guessed I had been stranded on an island for 10 years and never tasted kettle chips before. It was almost a religious moment for me. And I'm an atheist so...... Lol. :)

I should probably post this elsewhere on the forum but I'm just going to put it here. I'm assuming at least some of y'all know lui Marco. Well he called out an Indian body builder a while back, yugant shinde, and I just can't get enough of this train wreck. Photoshops every single one of his pics. It's almost cartoonish. Hell it IS cartoonish. He's got a fb but deleted his IG. One of his latest pics looks like he photoshopped his head on to a cartoon body. It's godlike. And by that I mean he wasn't birthed by a human because he has no belly button. If you're looking to waste time on a Wednesday morning check him out. :)

....annnnnd I just found his profile on ukrainedate.com. Full of his ps'd pics too. Can you imagine? He ps's his nose and hairline as well. Meeting in person must be a shock. There are videos of him on the web where you can see he looks nothing like his pics.

Back and bi hypertrophy day. Tired again. I'm wondering if it's stress at work or if I'm just in a low energy place. I think too I might be adjusting to the new workout regimen. Working everything out 2x/wk requires more volume during each workout since it's not just one body part. Plus it's a 6 day routine and I'm used to 5. I'll keep going and see how I feel. I'll reevaluate in a couple of weeks.

Had to substitute close grip pull-ups for db curls because of the tennis elbow thing.

Sides. Is it possible to have a decrease in sex drive? I kinda miss the sensitive lady bits thing too. These could also be stress related I guess. Other than that I have a couple of blemishes and that's it.

Changes. My obliques and V line are slightly more pronounced. Felt bloated today where I have been feeling lean.

When I used to run there was a saying "some days you run the road and some days the road runs you." Definitely the latter today.

Chest hypertrophy tomorrow.

I like to do most of my heavy lifting over the weekend when I'm more rested. My husband, the bastard, is having a hard time keeping weight on and during intermission of the movie we watched last night (10 cloverfield lane....weird...ehhh) came back to bed with 2 men, Ben & Jerry. We had a 4-some. Lol. Still woke up this morning feeling ok. I'll chalk it up somewhere in between flexible dieting and a cheat meal. Could still see my v-line this morning so I'm not beating myself up too badly. Still ready for more progress.

Cheat meals are a good thing! I've read a few times about how they help boost fat burning hormones. Good for you to get some calories in anyways, it'll make you big and strong. ;)
