Primo, Var, and gh Cycle

Maybe something like this:

M - Back Squat / Stiff Leg Dead (squats high sets, low reps @ 80%)
T - core/conditioning/advice recovery
W - Front Squat / Good Mornings / abs
Th - core/conditioning/active recovery
F - Back Squat / abs (squats high sets, low reps 70-75%)
S - core/conditioning/active recovery
Su - Rest

This is sort of along the lines of what I'd do. I think you'll tolerate it pretty well, or get used to it fairly quick.
 
This may not be your problem buuuutttt, last year my left elbow was giving me a fit. It would hurt on the inside on the joint whenever I would curl and have weight pulling on my arm. It turned out to be a ligament problem for my left pinky and ring finger. Aspirin and wearing lifting straps at all times that weight would hang on my arm, including exercises like curls, eventually alleviated the problem.
 
Y’all, I just hit a squat PR at 190!!!!! I loaded 200 and got a half rep. I got scared and didn’t go low. Attempted again and got low but had to bail out. Not quite ready for 200 but I’m on top of the world about 190!!!

Congrats girl! It can be scary with all that weight. My husband always spots me, but I got this fear of my knees buckling. I hit 185 this week. That was a load!

Whoa. Interesting. I don’t think that’s my problem but I’ve considered the lifting straps. My fiancé uses them because of an old similar injury.

I had my fiancé spot me when I attempted 200. I literally didn’t have it in me though. I wanted it so bad. I’m so close now. It felt so good to hit 190. Congrats on 185!! You’re really killing it. Hope your cycle is treating you well!!

Wow, that's awesome! Must've felt great! I hit a PR today of 4x 160lbs, but I'm old, natty and currently on a calorie deficit. Sheesh! I'll keep at it and hope to get up to 190-200 in the fall! Good job!

Great job. I remember reading how you were doing 135 before this cycle and are now up 55lbs..

Do you feel like your your strength is going up the fastest now..

Current weight 133 lbs Starting weight was 121
Currently 7 weeks into my cycle.
Dropped var to 10mg a day.
Upped primo dose to 35mg every Mon and Thur
Reintroduced gh 3 days ago at .5iu but I'll be dropping it again. Left hand is swollen again and wrist is starting to hurt. I won't pick back up the gh for a while if ever. We will just see. I fear it is not something that agrees with me.

Sides:

increased energy
increased thirst
libido is meh now
lady parts swollen
mood is improved
skin is oily as shit
voice is deeper
muscles are full and hard [emoji1320]


So, I've noticed that my voice sounded slightly deeper for a little while now but no one else could hear it until now. My fiancé says it sounds like I have a cold. I asked my sister yesterday if she could tell that my voice was deeper. She said yes. She is among the few people that know I'm running gear. To be honest, I think it sounds sexy when a woman has a little deeper voice. This is one side that doesn't bother me.

I went to Walgreens to pick up the ACE bandage for tennis elbow with the pressure point dial. They wanted $27 for it but Ebay had it for 14. I just could not bring myself to spend that much so I went with ebay. It's on it's way to me now. I am wearing a compression sleeve that I bought on amazon that has an adjustable elastic bandage that wraps around the forearm below the elbow. It seems to help some.

So, you all know that I wasn't sure whether my elbow pain was injury or gh related but obviously I was leaning more toward injury so I started the gh back up. Well, now I am thinking it was gh related after all. The reason I feel this way is because I am now having pain in the top of my wrist on the same side and hands are swollen when I wake up in the morning. I also notice soreness in my other elbow when I was changing plates on leg day this week. I have not lifted upper body since 1/29. There is no reasonable explanation for my other side to be hurting. My conclusion is it's the gh. And if it's not the gh, well fuck it, I'm dropping it anyway. This time I will stay off until pain is completely gone and then some. Live and learn, right?

I trained legs on Monday. It was a lighter day. I did goblet squats, stiff leg deadlifts, bulgarian split squats on smith machine and hip thrusts. So I didn't think I'd be able to do the deadlifts because of the elbow. Picking up anything heavy is painful. I was surprised that I felt ok doing these. Now these were extremely light, 50 lbs. Crazy how sore my hams are from these though. Holy shit. I was going to train legs again today but I'm sore as shit.

I'm starting to feel a little bit fluffy. It may be mental. You know how it goes? When I can't work out like I want to, I feel like a big fat walrus. [emoji241]Anyway, that's all I've got for now. I hope you all have a lovely valentine's whether you are alone or with someone you love!! XOXO

good job sadie, thanks for the update, always look forward to them. My girl has only used pharma hgh and has good luck with it
 
@Sadie how do you sleep? Do you lay on your stomach with arms curled under you? I had a issue and had to change my sleeping position. I had to sleep with a towel wrapped in my elbow so I wouldn't lay on my arms. I would wake up every morning with pins and needles.

I actually sleep with my left arm under my pillow most of the time. I tend to favor my left side mostly. My left side is the one I’m having issue with too. I’ve thought that it may be related but dammit, it’s hard to change the way I sleep. When my hands swell, my left hand is always much worse. [emoji17]

Not much to report.

Almost 8 weeks into my Primo/Var cycle
Dropped HGH

Currently taking

10mg anavar daily
80 mg primo weekly split into 2 pins Sun/Thur

I’ll drop the var completely in a week.

Sides: oily skin, swollen lady parts, hairs on chin, voice is noticeably deeper, muscles are firm, appetite increase, so far no hair loss

Things are going ok. I'm still not able to lift upper body. My elbow does seem to be getting better though. I've been taking some of the suggestions that members have given. I'm wearing the ace tennis elbow band with adjustable dial. I think at first I had it dialed too tight and it actually caused more pain. I figured out the sweet spot though. Doing ulnar nerve flossing daily. I had a massage yesterday and she worked on that arm and I swear whatever she did helped. I plan to try to lift in a week and see how it goes. I'll take it easy at first. Fingers crossed.

I started feeling a bit fluffy. My diet was starting to fall off some too like it does when I can't train like I want. I've been going to the gym doing fasted cardio in the mornings. Leg training is going great. I'm still at 190lb squat. I tried to hit 195 a few days ago and failed. Yesterday I did high rep/low weight squats (I fucking hate them). I didn't go over 155. I'm ridiculously sore today.

Pulling movements seemed to be easier for me than pushing... Might want to focus on those when you're getting your feet wet again.

Man, I was just telling my fiancé that I think pulling will be ok. I’m a little nervous about pushing but I’ll definitely take it slow at first. I’m so ready to lift. This is the most frustrating shit.

You should be okay with flys or something but I'd steer clear of tricep and bench type stuff.
 
Brief update. Just playing around on my phone and looking through old pictures of myself. I used to only do cardio. I ran and ran and ran and that’s all I cared about. I found some pics and made side by side for comparison. The first are 2015. The second are today. I’m only training lower body now and I’m so excited to see my legs and glutes changing. Anyway, happy Saturday. I’ll update more next week.
