Primo, Var, and gh Cycle

I'd drop it to zero for a week, than build back up

You think? How slowly would you suggest I build back up?

I honestly never would have bumped it up if I hadn’t read test results showing it was underdosed. I starting to think my batch is correctly dosed.

start at 0.5 iu and go from there. But I'm extremely conservative with my girl (and feel the same way with any girl using gear) when it comes to this stuff.

and it may not be upping the dosage that did it, there's a zillion variables when it comes to girls using gear

Thanks! I appreciate the feedback. Gh is new to me and I’m learning. I’ll try dropping it for a week.

my girl is on 1 iu a day of pharma gh. she got the carpal tunnel from it after using it for a few weeks . dropped it till the pain went away, that worked her way up from 0.5 iu a day to 1 iu a day, and never had a problem again. Like I said, with girls, it's a whole different ballgame

@Sadie what brand of gh are you running? Ppl?

I completely agree with @rpbb - drop to nothing until you notice sides dissipating. After they clear, wait another day or two and reintroduce the GH at .5iu in the AM like you've been doing.

Hold at that dose for 2 weeks or so and add another .5iu at night before bed.

This is how I would do it and it's similar to how I built up my dosages. The nightly dose for women I believe has been shown to create a higher IGF1 conversion as compared to a morning pin, that's why I suggest keeping it to morning pins to try and minimize sides.

Hope this helps.

@Eman, yep it’s PPL black tops I’m running.

Thank you all for this info. I’m definitely learning. I’ll drop it completely like you said. I have a feeling that it’s the gh causing the pain. I’ll ease back in to it slowly too. I can’t wait to be able to train upper body again. Honestly my body probably needed a little deload anyway. I’ll keep you guys posted.

Blacks were rough on me with this also. Worse then Greys and godt240. What are you dosing blacks as? How much water? It deff won't be a set back if you restart and come back at it at lower dose. Let the sides go away. Keep in mind also. Not every drug is for everyone. Keep a small log to yourself so you know what does and doesn't work.

I use an insulin syringe. Pull back bac water all the way to 100. I was dosing 1 unit each day. I’ve dropped completely though. I’ll start back at .5 when I do.

how ya feeling

Sad.

My hands are no longer numb which is great. The swelling in my hands lasted for a few days even after dropping the gh. Elbow is no bueno. [emoji17] It hurt to pick up my pillow this morning when I made my bed. I’m really bummed about not being able to train upper body but I’m trying to remain patient. I murdered my legs on Saturday. Hit 175 squat. On the road to 200+!!

Did you happen to notice the pain got worse after squatting? Elbow pain can result from poor hand position during back squats.

Just a thought....

Thanks for checking in guys.

@rpbb, yeah I was thinking I would start back at .5 this morning but decided to give it a few more days.

My elbow isn't getting any better. Sometimes it feels ok and other times it's pretty painful. It rarely hurts unless I am turning a door knob, picking something up, or stretching my arm out straight. Picking up something as light as my pillow is a problem. I haven't trained upper body since last Monday. I'm so frustrated. I do not think this is related to the gh. I know the numbness and swelling in my hands were related to gh but I'm certain that the elbow is an injury, most likely a result of over training.

@Hawkins, I know what you mean about the hand position when doing squats. I've hurt my wrists like that before. This issue with my elbow started after back and biceps. I'm sure is was caused by poor form due to fatigue when doing dumbbell curls at the end of my session. I was spent by the end of that session that is when I first noticed the pain. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't train though. What did me in was shoulders and tris the next day. Lateral raise drop sets starting at 20 lb and boom...done. I knew it was something bad. I had hopes that this was something caused by the numbness in my hands and possibly a pinched nerve in my hand causing pain in my elbow. Dropping the gh was hopefully going to fix it. Clearly it has not and I most certainly was in denial. Didn't want to accept the truth. I fucked something up.

I spoke to someone today that recommended a sports massage. I may try that but I think what I'm going to have to do is lay off training upper body until it heals.

Shifting all focus to my legs. I'm trying to come up with a training plan that will allow me to train lower body every other day. Any suggestions?

My elbows were killing me due to specialty tools I had to use at work. I went to a physical therapist and mentioned graston therapy which can also be done yourself and there is YouTube videos on it. The graston improved my left elbow a lot but my right not so much. My problem is not giving it a break as I don’t wanna hinder gains. Also taking aleve gel caps for a week could really help with the Inflammation.

Thank you!! Literally just popped 2 aleve that I keep in my drawer at work. Watching a you tube video on graston technique as we speak! Maybe that’s what I need to do!! [emoji2]

This is a protocol that I usually follow. This allows me to hit lower body every other day, as you mention above. Let me know if you'd like more detail.

DAY 1: LEGS
DAY 2: SHOULDERS
DAY 3: HAMS/QUADS/ABS/CALVES
DAY 4: BACK & ARMS
DAY 5: BOOTY & CHEST

What do your workouts look like? I was thinking about splitting something like this:

Day 1-glutes and hams
Day 2-off
Day 3-legs w/ high rep squats
Day 4-off
Day 5-quads and calves
Day 6-off
Day 7-legs w/ heavy squats

Ugh...is that too much? Or not enough? I can’t deadlift because of my damned elbow. I can move this stuff around some too. Suggestions? I’m throwing all of my focus on growing lower body until I can train upper again. [emoji51]
