Primo, Var, and gh Cycle

Update

I'm 4 weeks into this cycle
Primo 60 mg a week split Mon and Thur
Var 20mg daily split in 2 doses
gh 1iu daily

Weight is still hovering around 126/127
Calories are around 2500 give or take (most days I’m probably hitting 2200)
I’m gonna probably bump up my calories next week and hope the scale starts moving up.

I knew I wouldn't be able to keep up with this log as well as the last. I've been super busy. Cycle is going great!! My mood is much better. I feel happy most of the time. I'm training harder than I ever have before. Definitely feeling the effects of over training. I did something to my elbow this week. It's pretty sore. I decided to only do one leg day this past week. The volume and intensity of my workouts are insane. I figured I should give my legs a full 7 days to rest. I'm currently squatting 155. After my first var cycle I dropped back down to 135 so I'm happy with 155 at 4 weeks in. All my lifts are increasing. My muscles are getting quite hard. I have to admit, I love walking around looking swole all day. I missed that when my last cycle ended.

I'm not sure the primo has really kicked in yet. I can def feel the var though. I LOVE var so much. Last night I had to pin myself for the first time. It was not easy to pin my glutes by myself. My fiance was at work so I was on my own. My hands were shaking because I'm a big pussy when it comes to needles. gh is one thing. Easy peasy. The long pin scares me though. I got it done though. Feels good to know that I am capable if I'm ever in a pinch.

Sides:
Increased thirst, increased energy, water retention, lady parts are swollen, libido is insane, voice may be a little deeper but nothing crazy, muscles are hard and full looking, skin is super oily now :(

My boobs have left the building. It makes me so sad. I have put my deposit down and booked a date for my breast augmentation in May. My cycle will end March 22. Well primo will. Var ends a few weeks before that. I have to have blood work done in April in order to have the surgery. Anyone with experience with this sort of thing? Wondering if I should cut my cycle short by a couple more weeks so that my system can clear before surgery.

Ugh. Yes. Bloat started this past week. I thought I was in the clear. My last var cycle I was bloated the whole time.

Yeah I figured the bigger the better. Go big or go home, right?
 
Legs this morning!!! Hit 170 on squats!! Was stuck at 155 last week so I’m happy as shit with this! Goal is to hit 200 on this cycle. [emoji51][emoji1320]

Update

I think I mentioned before that I was feeling some elbow pain. I rested Sunday and attempted to train chest today. I thought my elbow was better. [emoji17] I noticed on incline dumbbell presses that my left side felt weak and unstable. I kept going but didn’t push to my max. By the time I got around to dips I felt dull pain. I could feel the outside of my elbow was puffy and numb to the touch. I cut my training short, went straight to the store for ice packs and have it wrapped with ice right now. I definitely hurt something. I’m so worried this is going to fuck my cycle up. I know it’s a tendon issue and it takes tendons longer to heal than muscles. [emoji30] Tomorrow I plan to train glutes. I’m not doing shit with upper body until I’m sure this elbow is ok. Besides this bullshit, life is great. Cycle is great! Had amazing cheat meals this weekend. Yes plural. Soooooo good. I’m bumping my gh up to 1.5iu since it appears my shit is underdosed. [emoji58] That’s all I have for now. Happy Monday!!

Get some elbow wraps and make sure you warm them up (the elbows..not the wraps ;)) . My elbows have bothered every since I turned 35 (I am 43 now).

Let us know how it feels later. I'm a big believer in ibuprofen along with the icing. Hopefully it's just a strain that you'll be able to work around.
