Get some elbow wraps and make sure you warm them up (the elbows..not the wraps ) . My elbows have bothered every since I turned 35 (I am 43 now).Update
I think I mentioned before that I was feeling some elbow pain. I rested Sunday and attempted to train chest today. I thought my elbow was better. [emoji17] I noticed on incline dumbbell presses that my left side felt weak and unstable. I kept going but didn’t push to my max. By the time I got around to dips I felt dull pain. I could feel the outside of my elbow was puffy and numb to the touch. I cut my training short, went straight to the store for ice packs and have it wrapped with ice right now. I definitely hurt something. I’m so worried this is going to fuck my cycle up. I know it’s a tendon issue and it takes tendons longer to heal than muscles. [emoji30] Tomorrow I plan to train glutes. I’m not doing shit with upper body until I’m sure this elbow is ok. Besides this bullshit, life is great. Cycle is great! Had amazing cheat meals this weekend. Yes plural. Soooooo good. I’m bumping my gh up to 1.5iu since it appears my shit is underdosed. [emoji58] That’s all I have for now. Happy Monday!!
