Primo, Var, and gh Cycle

Update

Feeling bummed about the ol elbow. Still hurting. I have it wrapped now. Gonna lay off upper body for a week and see how I feel.

For the last 2 days, I’ve done 1.5iu of gh because I suspected it to be underdosed. I woke up both mornings with my hands numb and swollen to the point it felt weird to ball my fist. Couldn’t get my engagement ring back on. I’m gonna drop back down to 1 iu.

Other than that, everything’s the same. Just feeling the injury blues. [emoji17]

Happy Hump Day guys!!

Happy Hump Day guys!!

Are you sure the GH isn't causing the pain in your elbow? It can push on nerves that create a painful sensation.

When I was running a higher dose of GH, squats combined with the GH put a lot of pressure on my ulnar nerve... Which made it feel like I had hit my funny bone but the pain lasted all day. Very unpleasant. Consider dropping the GH for a few days to see if it gets better if you think this could be it.

Are you taking birth control?

Ahhh!! Thank you! I did not know this. I’ll try dropping it and see how it goes. I’ve never had an issue like this before.

I have an IUD for birth control.

Hope it helps.

Women are typically at a disadvantage when it comes to GH (damn estrogen :)) but oral birth control can make it an even bigger disadvantage. An IUD is a different story, I think because they're progestin based? Not exactly a birth control expert.

Yep, they are. I had to google it.

Fingers crossed that dropping gh will be the cure! Thanks so much for the info. [emoji4]

I was going to mention the GH causing Joint pain but @Eman beat me to it. The one time I tried growth, within a week ,it made my knees hurt so bad I had to discontinue it and have never tried it again

Just so you're aware, it's usually possible to restart with the GH at a lower dose and work your way back up. The sides will usually subside in my experience.

That's really good info. My GH experience was a long time ago and since then I've decided to just stick to the aas. But thank you very much for the recommendation @Eman

Gonna back up @Eman here. Gh can cause a carpal tunnel thing and that can also relate to the elbow. I only know this cause I've had the surgery on both hands and elbow and gh does bring back the feeling of neuropathy.

Thank you for the compliment and advice. I’ve read that about carpal tunnel too. I’m dropping my dose starting tomorrow and crossing my fingers that that will fix it. I’ll be slow bumping it back up too.

Update

I dropped gh to .8. Hands still numb. I’m thinking I’ll drop it to .5iu and see how I do, then slowly increase over time. I’m having pain in my wrist now, not just my elbow. [emoji30]
