Upped dose to 100mg week split 50mg Mon/Thur
ECA stack dosing twice daily
I tried to take a third dose yesterday afternoon but found it fucked my sleep up bad last night. Not going to make that mistake again.
Calories 1500 daily
I've shifted to cut for the remainder of my cycle. Eager to peel off this winter coat and see what I've built. So far, so good. Down 3 lbs. Fasted cardio several days a week for 45 mins.
Super excited to tell you guys I am finally training upper body again. I did chest last week and shoulders and triceps yesterday. My elbow was wrecked after training yesterday but it's feeling better now. I was tired of sitting on the bench. I'm just going to be as careful as I can and listen to my body. I took a little over a month off of upper body training and thanks to this cycle, lost no strength. I'm quite shocked really. I didn't expect to be lifting the weight I'm lifting after all that time off. I'm hopeful about the elbow issue. It seems to become very inflamed while I'm doing certain exercises.
Today is leg day. My favorite day!!
Sides are the same. My voice may be the slightest bit deeper. Especially in the morning when I wake up. The saddest side is that my boobs have shrunk to nonexistent. I hate that but I've already booked and paid for my breast augmentation. It's less than 2 months away and I CANNOT wait!!!
Anyway, I plan to take some pictures soon to see how I'm progressing with the cut. I'll keep you all posted.
