Primo, Var, and gh Cycle

Congrats on everything! What I love most is the size of your shoulders and how your glutes are huge. I mean your booty completely changed shape and your upper glute Is popping so hard.

Your waist is narrow and then your back is thicker. I can’t believe the change despite the injury.

Sadie can you please brag a bit..are people saying?

Honesty I’m shocked and a bit jealous on your upper body despite the injury..you responded so well..I can’t imagine what will happen in the next cycle.

What did you do to keep your waist so narrow?

Your lats look like they might be really defined especially below the armpit...how long did it take to add the thickness?
 
I've been lifting for twenty five years. I actually have a pretty thick waist at 34 inches but I've been blessed with very wide shoulders so that improves the illusion. I also feel the thickness of my back has suffered from neglect because I used to always put off back days. Now I am trying to play catch up and it's taking a while to thicken my back up to where I would like it to be. Once again, width is a big help here also.
 
Update

Cycle is officially over.

Primo lasted 12 weeks. Starting dose 50mg weekly split in 2 pins.
Ending dose 100mg weekly split in 2 pins.

Anavar lasted 8 weeks. Ended Feb 22.
20 mg daily.

Gh
1 unit daily lasted 4 weeks. Ended Jan 19.

Starting weight was 121 lbs.
Bulked up to 134 lbs.
Began cut with ECA stack on Feb 28th.
Current weight 127 lbs.
Body fat before cut 22%. (Maybe 20? My caliper is hard to read)
Current body fat 18%.
I am more lean now than I have been in a couple of years and it feels so good.

Overall I am beyond pleased with this cycle. I was able to successfully put on a muscle throughout my cycle and then shift gears into a successful cut that has brought my body fat percentage down while maintaining muscle in the process. I gained a shit ton of strength throughout this cycle and am excited for what is to come with my next cycle. Off cycle I was squatting 135 and was able to get to 200 lb for the first time!!

I think I have learned that my limit should be 10 weeks on cycle, as I have noticed that I feel very lethargic these last couple of weeks. I am eating at a deficit but it doesn't seem to justify feeling this out of it. I have been on a much more strict diet in the past and didn't feel this tired. I think my body will welcome a break. I had planned to resume the gh this week but knowing that this will cause some water retention, I've decided to put it off for a bit while I'm still cutting. I think I'll stay in a deficit for 2 more weeks and then ease back into maintenance. I am much happier with my body right now but still want to take a little more fluff off.

Sides for me were tolerable throughout. Oily skin, some pimples, a little bit of hair on my chin, deeper voice, swollen lady parts, increased libido, increased thirst, decrease in breast tissue...am I missing anything?
No noticeable hair loss.

Plans for post cycle are to continue killing it in the gym until my surgery. I'll have to take time off after that but I honestly welcome it because I think my elbow could use the rest too. I've still been having a lot of pain unfortunately.

I will keep you guys posted after my surgery. I know some of my ladies will be interested to know how it goes. 1 month and 10 days to go...

Congratulations. Sounds like you had a great cycle. I'm looking forward to the progress your going to make on the next one with whatever compound you decide to try
 
Thank you guys! Plan is NPP after surgery. Gotta order a test though. I don’t trust any of these places anymore. I’ll definitely log that one too. There aren’t a lot of female npp logs out there.

Woke up this morning and felt so lean. Scale dropped to 125.6!! [emoji3] Off to do fasted cardio and buy chicken. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Finally, here it is. I've been trying to get to this for days now.

Post cycle update:
Primo ended 17 days ago.
Anavar ended 43 days ago.
Dropped gh Jan 19th and still haven't picked it back up.

So, I feel a million times better now that my cycle is over. I think I mentioned before that I felt like poop the last 2 weeks on primo. I knew it couldn't be the caloric deficit. It was just too awful. My energy was so low. I felt lethargic. Even my mood was fucked. I was just a mess that last 2 weeks. After finishing primo, I started to feel improvements after a couple of days. My mood got better. I had more energy each day. Now I feel back to normal. I'll run 10 week cycles from here on out. I'm learning my body as I go.

Post cycle has brought on more pimples than on cycle. I guess my hormones are trying to get back to normal. I've had a few on my face, upper and even lower back. Ugh. Skin is less oily though.

My voice is still deep. Now it seems to crack some like a teenage boy. Anyone know how long it takes to go back to normal? Or if it will at all?

I'm still running the ECA stack. I'm still at 125 lbs. Honestly I had 2 epic cheat meals last weekend and it's taken me all week to get the scale back to 125. I'm very happy with my body right now. I didn't want to post the before and after pics because the after were taken 2 weeks ago and I've leaned out more since then. I've wanted to take new ones but every morning this week, it's been crazy trying to get everyone ready and out the door.

Post cycle, I'm still getting stronger. It's wild, I thought I would have lost some strength by now put I'm hitting rep PRs right and left.

Squat max on cycle was 200. I'm repping 175 now. I haven't tried to go past that. My hips and knees have been pretty sore lately. I think that's from killing legs on this cycle while my upper body was out of commission. I've definitely noticed the most growth in my quads. YAY!!! My rear delts and traps as well. I think that's weird because I couldn't train them for half of my cycle. It may be because I've leaned out, they look so much more defined. I'm so happy with my results. Holy shit!! What a blast this cycle has been. I cannot wait until my next one.

27 days until boobs!! Blood work is scheduled on the 17th. I will update you guys once I receive the results. Thanks for following along!! Happy Friday!!
