Just an FYI - as someone who has been following this situation there is a strong suspicion that the rat is buying from sources and sending the pack to LE. The guy actually said that is exactly what he is doing. If he is getting the pack first before sending to LE we will be able to dox him.

Consider a quick google maps search on outbound packs and constant variation in return addresses.

What’s probably really happening is that as the hacker infiltrates the emails and is able to make the customer think they are dealing with the source and vice versa. If the payment makes it to the source and the scammer goes without money, then they will pretend they are the customer and give the source an address of LE. If they happen to scam the customer, then they keep the money and probably still change the shipping address to receive the pack or they give a LE address.

I higy doubt that. He's pocketing the money. No package is being sent as source didnt get paid. My 2cnts anyway

He’s pocketing the money IF he was able to intercept the emails in time. If not, then I could see him being spiteful and hacking the user’s email, creating a fake trail and telling the seller to change the mailing address.

Yes and No. I mean its all on how you go about it....I would let things cool down personally. At least for a couple weeks let the dust settle. I need to put in a big Raws order myself but I am a little hesitant because of this fucking hacker and PPL/DO breach.

i would avoid using the websites to order. Contact them directly and do everything through email or via other secure means.
