So finally getting some structure back into my lifting life. The homie, @RodgerThat , A.K.A THE deadlifting bear, has been kind enough to help me out and put togetherj a training and nutrition plan for me to follow to hopefully help me maintain strength while i continue to cut the rest of this unsightly fat. I figured this deserved its own log as its an actual structured program and shiiii.
I will post weekly weigh ins and do progress pics here at the beginning and at the end. I'll post workouts after i finish, and my nutrition info at the end of the day whenever i fill in my last meal using myfitness pal.
From what i gathered its a mix of elements of 5x5 and starting strength, with some personal touches from the bear homie thrown in based on my goals.
Anyways here is some starting pictures from this morning before any food or drank, weighed in at 274.8lb
Far from where i started but still a long ways away from where im goin.
