Progress/training log part 2:getting beary serious

I maintained my weight pretty well when I had surgery a couple months ago.

The secret was getting my tonsils plucked out and going on an ice cream diet for about a week or two. :)

Not to take over his thread, but I could see that happening. For 2 months I was barely able to eat. Now im starving from sun up to sun down. I want everything. Been craving a lot of sweets too.
 
As far as hagen daz is concerned its all about the white chocolate raspberry for me hahah

They didn't have that at the store I went to.

It was kind of funny though.... I was honestly to the point where ALL I could eat was ice cream. Even the ice cream hurt to swallow but it was the best option.

Anyways, I got in the habit of waking up in pain, popping a couple painkillers, and walking across the street to a gas station to get two pints of ice cream. This would happen between 6 - 8am every morning, the cashier gave me weird looks the first couple days... eventually I told her what was up lol. I tried all the flavors they had.

As per the plan the goal for today was 3500 calories
250 protein
400 carb
100 fat

I hit 3498 calories
246 protein
395 carb
97 fat

So thats day 1 down,got pretty damn close.

The raw oat, banana and eggwhite shakes werent as bad as i was anticipating hahha.

Just got through tuesdays workout

Dynamic warmup/stretch

1.Powerclean 95 10x3

2.Bent over row 135 4x5

3.Lat pull down 140 4x6

4.seated dip machine 3x5 235lb

5.Cable low to high lifts 3x12 25lb

6.Rear delt fly 3x12 25lb

7.cable bicep curls 3x12 50lb
Cuz i know seven is concerned about the well being of my arms

Stretch and lacrosse ball work at the end.

Well powercleans are considerably more difficult to execute correctly than i ever could have imagined haha.

Tried to do regular dips but the pain in my shoulders was fuckin unbearable, even the machine dips were pretty painful but doable, gonna ice my shoulders when i get home. Really really really wish i could afford to go get those checked out.

Stretch/lacrossee ball work

Good workout, definitely kept the heart rate up and the sweat pouring. Time for second breakfast now haha.
