Good workout. Again the regular dips just arent happening but i grit my teeth and pushed through the seated dips.

All natural. Probably gonna stay that way for atleast another year or so, i jumped the gun on that one cycle i did.

It was great, but i got too strong too quick and lost most of it due to this cut. So im continuing the cut naturally untill i get to where im happy, -then bulk naturally as cleanly as possible and then when im ready i will do another cycle.
I almost did the same thing man... good to hear ur staying natural. Make some size / strength goals to complete before u hit another cycle. That's what's keeping me going and off the juice....for now. Lol.

Definitely in, my man. Anything from RT should be good

I know they feeling too well.

I'm totally gonna try adding Oreos to my protein shakes. That sounds sinfully delicious!

I actually feel great, i havent had a drop since last saturday night. It is challenging breaking out of the habit as i am used to sitting down and having a beer or two in the evenings after a long day. But the bear put in the work to set this program up for me so i think i owe it to him, and myself, to do everything i can to make this as successful as possible.

You sir are a calorie madman! Lots of room for growth with that much nutrition!
Well 4k is actually just at about maintenance for me,most day im in a deficit as i am cutting
But shit i could easily do 1k surplus, and its fairly clean. I throw a poptart in here or there when i just cant stomache another cup of oats, but for the most part its just been oats sweet potatos chicken and eggwhites.

Haha sick reference!
4k isnt that hard for me, i think with better planning and more variety i could do 6k a day.

South Park forever.
You just got so much cooler :D

Anyway, breaking the habit is the hardest part. You just gotta remind yourself you're putting in so much work, why ruin it with alcohol.
Not to mention it is extremely catabolic.
I try to remember that whenever I start craving a drink.
Beer is my guilty pleasure :confused:

Exactly, why fuck with the gainz for a couple hours of pleasure and then feel like shit and have a less than optimal workout the next day.

Way to be responsible little bro peep.;) Anything worth doing has a price. Giving up a few beers seems like a good deal to me.
Holy shit, Truman Cabrote, little bro peep made me lose my shit hahahahaha.

But yeah its good, first couple days was rough, but now i feel insanely good, especially in the mornings.
