Also, can tell im still getting leaner, i was trimmin my pit hair in the mirror and i seent a muscle id never seen before right below my rib cage on my side, not sure how i flexed it but i couldnt make it happen again. I dont know what muscle it was, but ive decided to name it Phyllis.

Congrats I'm starting to see muscles and veins that I haven't seen in awhile. Might just keep cutting till I can see my perinium veins;)

Wellll...in a round about way thats kind of how i ended up finding meso haha. He was sick of paying 80 bucks for a visl of test from gym rats and he aint so good with the interwebs so he put me in charge of finding him a supplier online. Worked out pretty well for me, found this place which has become a huge tool in the gainz arsenal.

He actually is the one that gave me test at first. Now i dont want you to think poorly of him for that, he says he felt wrong doing it but i was just sotting around drinking and eating myself to death and didnt have any energy or drive to speak of and he did what he felt was nevessary to get me out of that slump and here i am no harm done.

He just turned 50 a few konths back. He's like 6'1 250 ish usually. Stays pretty lean even though he eats like a horse cuz he works out like crazy and he's got hyperthyroidism or some shit so his metabolism is fucking nuts.

Strong dude. Still benches like 455 max and he's shooting for 495 so he can die in peace hahaha. Squat and deadlift are probably somewhere in the high 5's, when i went down to see him a few months ago he was reppin out 495 on both no problem. Super athletic too, great football basketball player and all around good guy haha
 
And i actually havent seen mafia III. or mafia I or II for that matter haha. Im actually kind out of the loop on gaming right now, im so damn broke and busy lol

Accidentally gonna be a little over on calories but i dont think its too egregious. Plus i ended up actually being a little under yesterday as when i got home i found that someone had eaten a couple of my bananas and i was too tired to actually cook anything so i just said f it. Wont make a habit of it haha.

Another rest day. Got like 12 hours of sleep and that was much needed. Coworker had foot surgeryand is out for 6 weeks so im working everyday which requires me to wake up at like 5:30-6 everyday to get to the gym and get other errands and chorse done before work so i have just been exhausted. However, i am looking forward to getting back at it tomorrow, definitely grateful for the rest but i need to touch some weights haha.
