Late to the discussion but I stopped eating cold cuts from my refrigerator because my step son was standing there cruising the available food with a hand down the front of his pants one moment and the next he's standing there eating cold cuts from the package. Canned tuna for me from now on, lol!! Kids can be dirty for sure!!

Little bastards. The ones where i stay drink straight from the carton. And the younger one fuckin always catches me coming sround the corner and throws cold cuts at me -_- its actually kind of funny.

Good workout. Squats were feeling shitty at first, im fuckin wore out from working everyday for such a long stretch and getting up early but about halfway through i got my second wind and fucking SMASHED the rest of the workout.

Good workout, felt skrong. Some chick was quarter squatting in the power rack so i had to work off the floor to do the front squats, luckily it was light so not that big of a deal. Still slightly annoying though lol. Lunch time.

Didnt do an extra accessory today, had to run to catch the bus and i wasnt gonna stay a whole extra hour to do an optional exercise.that cuts into my afternoon naptime.lol

Felt good today, squats were easy, deadlifts were moving nicely cant complain at all
 
What is the deadlift band for? I think I migh of just pulled something because of RDL that why I'm curious

Good workout other than having to waot 15 minutes to start due to some chode squatting 325 with the safties up to his fucking belly button lol #quartersquatgang

Felt strong feelin good. Weighed in at 276.6 so it looks like dropping the fats a little bit helped out and isnt hurting performance at all. Lunch time now haha
 
Idk brobocop, I think you need to eat something that has 89 cals, no carbs, a little fat and negative protein.

Hahah i may still fill in the fats a little more, have 3/4 tbsp of olive oil or something. That'll put me at 3411 and 87g fat. Probably not though, as i think i am out of olive oil.
