Fuckin hell, that squat jump to lunges is no joke, even with just bodyweight my quads were on freaking fire.
Felt really run down today from work, been coming in early and staying late all week and really going above and beyond doing shit that isn't my job, making deliveries and simple installs etc. I learned today that under the right circumstances i can, in fact, pick up an entire sliding glass door and load/unload onto a truck lol....it's got me pretty beat up but on the plus side the bossman said i have been doing so well, and to qoute him "kicking some serious ass" that he is going to bump my 120 day review up to 90 days so i could be looking at a substantial raise here pretty soon which would be fucking killer
