Progress/training log part 2:getting beary serious

Woekout today was

1.incline DB press 4x8 70 75 80 75
2.deadlift 1x5 385lb 3x3 315lb
3.incline flys 3x12 40lb
4.BOR 5x5 135lb
5.lat pulldown 4x10 120lb

Deadlifts felt so so but i got through, just got.in and out as quick as possible, gym was packed with goofballs.

Finally pushed into the 220's, weighed myself this morning for shits n giggles and was 229.4lb so we shall see how it goes when i do my official weigh in on tuesday.

It was packed and just too full of stupid. I knew better than to go then, but it's all good I went back later that night when it was empty.;)
 
Alrigjt great workout tonight even after a couple surprise delivery of 50 unit window/door packages today hahs

1.ohl 4x6 115lb
2.what the sadistic bear named "5 minutes of hell" 275lb deadlift 1 rep every 10 seconds for 5 minutes total of 30 reps, my goodness was i winded haha. Apparently i suck at counting out seconds in my head after watching the video i completed it in 4 minute and 30 seconds. That is alot of fuckin deadlifts lol
3.incline DB press 2x10 60lb
4.destroyed bis n tris

Felt good tonight, the deadlifts werent as bad as i was expecting but still definitely got me good n lightheaded.

2.bench 6x2 195lb
3.front squat 2x8 135lb
4.single leg ext 4x12 70lb

Just rough tonight, didn't sleep great last night, didn't have enough water today, just tired and run down so everything felt like a million pounds tonight and moved real slow like. Hopefully feel better for morning deadlifts!
 
So akipped yesterday, had a fuckin shitty sunburn on my back from working out in the sun all weekend and it was unbearable even having a shirt on so i didn't want to find out what foam rolling and having a loaded bar on my back would feel like lol.

Tonights workout was

1.ohp 4x6 115lb
2. "5 minutes of hell" deadlifts
3.incline DB bench 2x10 70lbs
4.destroyed arms

Weight yesterday was not down anybfrom week before so we are going into some carb cycling now, i get 250g on training days and 80g on off days so....we'll see how this goes, just a few weeks hopefully haha.

On another note, hope everyone is doing well. I haven't been hanging out much here, just super busy. Working 7 days a week...main job monday-friday and working saturday and sunday for my friends on their farmland, hopefully have some free time on the 4th or something to catch up on everybodies logs and stuff.
 
Ok so passed the fuck out last night so combined two workouts this morning.

1.squat 5x5 275lb
2.bench 6x2 200lb
3.deadlift 3x3 315lb supposed to be 3x3 385 but it was just too much and my strength has taken a dive
4.front squat 2x9 135lb
5.BOR 5x5 135lb
6.incline DB press 4x8 65lb

So yeah pretty underwhelming, just after a couple days of the 80g carb off days i lost a fuckin ton of water, weighed myself and i was like 224 this morning and it is definitely having adverse effects.

However, dont care at this point, just a few more weeks and then it's time for operation retard strength lol

I feel ya on carbs. I stopped paying attention to mine for awhile. I can't wait till the end of summer when I start my bulk and eat like a champ!

6.super duper arm mega set barbell curls 50lb 15 reps skull crushers 50lb 15 rep close grip press 50lb to failure 4 sets

Not bad, failed 435 deadlift but hey fuck it haha i was happy just to get the 405x2

Just feeling really really weak today, idk lol.

Weight was 222.6lb this morning, 2 lbs down from last week...2.6lbs away from the end goal....so fucking close lol

The end (of this part) is in sight man. I admire your dedication.
I dont know if I missed it, but what are your next goals? Or will you figure that out later?
