Work has been insane for me too bro. I feel ya.Missed gym yesterday. Only got about 4 hours of sleep the night before and had to wake up at 4 to catch early ferry to one of the sorrounding islands to deliver and unload a truck full of giant windows so by the time i got off work at 5 i was completely dead, then on top of that some of my good friends from back home just showed up in washington and came to visit me. Haven't seen them in about 2 years so that was really really great getting to see aome of my best friends out of the blue like that, really made my day.
This has been an insane week at work, stayed an extra 2 hours today to cut and flat polish 24 mirrors for someone to pick up early tomorrow, just been non stop go go go, raking in the money though so that's aomething to look forward to.
I did WODs for about 6 months, a few times a week plus a BB split on top of that. It was awesome tbh. I felt carved out of stone.Gotdamn that workout lol

Well guys hopefully after this week i will have finally hit the 220 goal, gonna be a very cardio oriented crossfitty type week but coach thinks, and i support the decision, that it's what i need to finally push into the 220 mark and just be done with this nonsense
So all joking aside that shit had me gaspingfor air at the end of the first round and by the time i did the last burpee on round three i could just barely pick myself up off the fuckin floor lmao also i got a sick trap pump from those single arm kettlebell swings.

Fuckin hell, that squat jump to lunges is no joke, even with just bodyweight my quads were on freaking fire.
Felt really run down today from work, been coming in early and staying late all week and really going above and beyond doing shit that isn't my job, making deliveries and simple installs etc. I learned today that under the right circumstances i can, in fact, pick up an entire sliding glass door and load/unload onto a truck lol....it's got me pretty beat up but on the plus side the bossman said i have been doing so well, and to qoute him "kicking some serious ass" that he is going to bump my 120 day review up to 90 days so i could be looking at a substantial raise here pretty soon which would be fucking killer
