PRP injection for shoulder/rotator cuff pain

Could the improvements be coming strictly from the bpc-157 and tb500?

For this anecdotal experiment there are to many variables to say PRP is doing anything IMO. Personally I hope it's working wonders but have my serious doubts.

Yes the improvement is most likely coming from bpc&tb and/or rotator cuff exercises. The second PRP treatment didn't do anything for my right shoulder.
