Ya i was thinking "holy crap!" With a number like that PI needs to get into power lifting instead.
Thanks bro it has crossed my mind. My gym is home to a lot of strong men, some in state and a few have gone to world. Its very tempting I have to remind my self Im doing body building. not strong men. Funny thing is at one time i use to hate doing legs. but never realized its by best asset and strongest body part. now when it comes to chest day i have a lot of work to do weight wise but I will get there.

Im starting to feel stronger every day. I m thinking of bumping my adrol up to 100. But not sure if thats a good idea as Im doing a good job of keep water away at the moment.
any thoughts on that?

320 on Bent Rows for 10 reps? PI, the more I read your log the more I hate you. Well not hate you, just hate on you. But good stuff. Keep up the hard work!

How long have you been on 50? I'd give it at least two weeks before bumping it up.

Bit of a ruff morning no cardio as i slept In. had some trensomnia. I tried fighting it had to end up taking bendryl but took it a bit late.
I drank my egg whites this morning instead of cooked and stuffed my face with ground turkey. will be off to the gym soon. today is bi'd tri;s and delts I will see how my arm does. if it feels pinched again I will take a break.
 
Today was not one of my best days but I pulled through and got it done.

also i love how people either stare at you or try to walk through you lol. and the always have the special guy pushing a dust mop.
