Today I was feeling on fire!!!!!
did a bit of a combo since Im sure im over due to go give blood which i need to do tomorrow and that shit knocks me out. My gear is def in full swing.
so today was back and chest

I could of kept going but it was time to go today was a good day in the gym for me love those day you are just in the zone.
 
Ohhh yeah!!!! I love them days in the gym when your in the fuckin zone, you feel stronger and more energetic than normal and the pumps are skin stretching. Def my favorite WO days. But then again when i can hit the gym feeling tired and have little mental drive and that inner voice says " fuck it B lets blow it off today" and i ignore that voice and push on and end up having a great workout, in my opinion these are the days that force my body to grow and are by far the most satisfying.
Walk into the gym feeling like shit, walk out feeling like a champ!!! Love it[emoji4]

Im not going to list every thing as today was a special day.
Lets just say a guy who has been pretty close to being mr O and is best friend with a famous Mr O came in our gym.
some times we get some big pros come down here. Im In teaxs and were famous dor producing bad ass BBrs so we worked in set together it was awesome! only the second time ive seen 200 pd db put to use!!!!
