Not as if you're not ignoring the parts of my post where I stated I wouldn't go too into detail not to give myself away to any authorities but what good would explaining myself to someone who has no interest in the truth do? Explain that to me?

Post up a picture of the document declaring your personal property that was confiscated listing the iPhone 6 that you just stated was taken into evidence along with the date it was confiscated. You cannot say that you were not given this document either... that will be a lie.

This document can only list your personal property and will be completely separate from the "drugs" which are confiscated. It lacks anything regarding your court case or pending charges and cannot possibly be considered anything related to messing with a pending/upcoming court case.

Make sure you redact your info AND the officer's name as well... that can be reverse traced back to your location.

If you can't post a redacted form of this document,,, then you sir are a liar. Case closed.

I’m gonna repost my last statement a few posts ago and edit it slightly based on the new information you have revealed “So let me point out a couple things that makes me know your claims are BS. If my lab was mentioned in any of your court proceedings it would mean it was a federal case(which you admitted it is). So let’s continue, the federal government has a 95% conviction rate for cases taken to trial.

99% of people know they are not going to beat the Feds in trail, so they take a plea agreement, in exchange the federal government drops some of the BS charges they tack onto you when they arrest you. In that way you get a significantly less amount of time in prison then if you took it to trail and lost and were given the punishment for all the extra charges they like to tack on. If you take it to trial and lose, the prosecutor will also recommend to the judge that you receive the max sentence for all the charges. Whether the judge decides to do that is up to him. But regardless of what he chooses your penalty will still be more then double if you had agreed to their plea agreement.

And if you were big enough for the Feds to come and raid your whole operation they would have seized all your assets and left you with nothing. Taking the Feds to court won’t cost you less then 100k for an attorney who’s worth a shit. And also, if you are on “Trial” as you have said multiple times that you are. How are you gonna work with the feds to “fuck me up”?
