*Domestic Notice*

So starting tomorrow any of the pending domestic orders in our system will receive an email asking for a refund address. Today we actually started the refund process for the 85 orders that are marked as non shipped pending in our system. 40 emails were sent today and most have responded and received their refund. Tomorrow the remaining 45 emails will be sent and all of those will be refunded as well. All orders that have be marked as shipped, but the label never shows it updated past label created. If by this evening you check your account and there is not an updated tracking number that has taken the place of the old tracking, you will be emailed and refunded also. I apologize to all my customers who have been effected by this. However, unfortunately, if it’s not in China it’s out of my full control. And unfortunately people start to get greedy and it ultimately leads to them robbing me or doing a bad job. Domestic typically always starts great for 3-6 months, but then the shipper starts getting lazy and complacent making 10k a week and then starts looking at the 150k of products he has and thinks it would just be easier to steal the product then do work. Then it ultimately ends with what has happened multiple times before is I’ll get a backup of orders and then they disappear. But I will always do what I have always done and that is to refund every customer effected by the incident. I have never and will never steal or rob my customers. If there is an issue I will always make it right, as I always have. But again, to all customers effected I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. For the near future domestic finished products are closed

Can't tell if you're serious but according to PPL there semifinished products are filtered as well, BUT that doesn't mean I wouldn't filter it just as a precaution. Honestly it wouldn't be a bad idea to filter any gear you buy from a UGL. I mean it only takes a couple minutes and it gives you the peace of mind

What's the best way to get it out of the plastic bottle and into vials? Right now I'm planning on pouring it into a coffee cup, drawing it up with a 10ml syringe and injecting it into the vials. This can't be good, thanks.

Get a sterile 100 ml bottle and a 60 ml syringe. Probably use a 18 gauge needle tip along with a secondary (smaller) tip to vent the air pressure build up.

It would be about as wise as using the same syringe and needle for your entire cycle and storing the syringe and needle just out on the counter between use.

my INT re-ship finally landed, everything good from weight to stealth. obviously not the fastest t/a with it being an INT re-ship but it got here. little under 3 weeks from shipping to landing once re-shipped.

For fucks sake man. #1 no don't inject the shit without filtering it. It takes almost no time to do so. #2 if the shit is in a standard 100ml vial just draw it change the head to have a .2um filter and a 18g needle after that. Then take your pre sterilized vial put a 18g(you can use larger g like up to 25) needle through the stopper to vent, then insert the syringe/filter/needle you made earlier and push the oil through the filter into the bottle(s). If it doesn't come in a vial, make sure to dump it in a sterile container, or as close as you can get to that and follow the same procedure but not some random cup you have hanging around.
