For anyone waiting on a pack, and with the way the US is stopping travel and import/export to hot spots and certain countries from the C-virus global pandemic, do you think this will add to longer wait times or maybe perhaps not receiving anything at all?
If so, will customers have the option to be provided with a refund instead of a reship?
Does Panda have a plan for his customers in this situation as things may start changing in the days ahead?

This virus shit has escalated quickly and new protocols from our government is going into place because of it.
Like for example, in Trumps speech from the Oval Office tonight he mentions that starting this Friday all travel in and out of Europe will be banned for 30 days (New protocol).
I’m just curious to hear if Panda will or will not have some kind of plan for his customers as the US addresses this pandemic and we possibly see changes that may be added along the way.

Good questions, we're all in sorta uncharted territory. And the entire situation is organic. We have a track record of taking care of our customers.
We also are seeing some occasion longer ship times on a few packs. But everything is getting out and landing.
At this point it's sorta impossible to predict what any country is going to do. But, the fact remains, we always and will and have, taken care of our customers.

I assume people, like myself, that make their own test and whatnot at home would prefer a refund if shit gets even more crazy and causing long time delays. That way they could possibly order finished goods domestically if need be.

Right now everything is getting through.
Personally I just had a pack go 31 days from post to here, and still not land yet. But also just watched one go 14 days. So.....
I think that everyone is kinda going day to day. I saw yesterday that a bunch of universities are going to switch to online classes for the rest of the year.
I don't think anyone knows what to expect. Or predict. But eventually this will pass and things will normalize and we don't want to burn bridges, but also can't give away the farm I'd you know what I mean. But right now it's business as usual!

Personally, I try to stay stocked at all times so waiting longer wouldn’t affect me. But I’m sure some guys may be running low so I thought I’d ask just to get some information for myself and others.
As someone that orders from PPL and DO china every month. Last year getting things through customs was easy, might take a few days.
For some reason leading up to New Years, customs went to shit, packs are held for much longer, I even had one go into a black hole for 35 days. Who the hell knows what's going on with customs these days.
I will say this, seizures are going up for me. I'm getting more of my packs inspected by customs and seized in some cases and it's to the point now that with my current order once it's done I'm done. The corona virus has nothing to do with this, my packs simply aren't doing what they did back in 2019 with an average clearance rate of 3 days, they now sit for long periods and if inspected will take well over a month in customs. I'm convinced that CBP has been given the orders to inspect all small packs coming from China, they no longer just let them fly thru without scrutiny. At a minimum they get the x-ray and these guys know what to look for.

I routinely order legit things from china. It's not common, but it's not rare to see packages sit in chicago for two weeks or so. Chicago is the worst.

Are you prepared to pay for a reship? That's a 250-400 fee easily.
Are you talking about reship to another country that is considered safer than china?
One thing I would like if you'd entertain us is some accurate information about wtf is going on with customs if you have any info. These CBP guys are becoming a real pain in my ass.
